任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的算法、操作系统、网络原理基础； 2. 5年以上游戏服务器开发经验，3年以上主程经验，参与过大型在线游戏服务器建设； 3. 精通 C/C++，熟悉 Golang、Python 等服务端语言，有良好的编码规范与工程能力； 4. 精通 Socket 网络编程，熟悉 TCP/UDP/KCP 等协议； 5. 熟练掌握 MySQL、Redis、MongoDB 等数据库及缓存技术，并有数据库性能优化实战经验； 6. 熟悉 分布式架构设计，包括服务拆分、负载均衡、消息队列、配置中心等核心组件； 7. 熟悉 Linux/Unix 系统开发环境，掌握性能调试工具； 8. 有 高并发、高可用、高负载服务架构经验，支持百万级 DAU 游戏系统优先； 9. 有 大数据处理经验优先；
工作职责
1. 负责游戏服务器架构设计与核心系统开发，确保服务器提供高并发、高可用等能力； 2. 设计并实现高性能网络通信框架 3. 开发关键业务模块，确保高并发场景下系统稳定运行； 4. 设计大规模数据存储方案，优化数据库读写性能与资源利用率； 5. 推动技术标准化与工程化建设，完善服务监控、日志、告警等运维支持系统； 6. 参与跨团队合作，推动系统设计、开发与产品需求的有效落地。
