任职要求
1.本科及以上学历，2年以上软件开发工作经验； 2.精通C++，具有强烈的好奇心，能够发现业务中的痛点，并通过架构改进解决问题； 3.较强责任心，能够根据业务诉求，评估风险，制定解决方案，推进项目落地； 4.能主导一定难度的项目，主动协调多部门来推动方案高效落地，具备优秀的沟通协调、业务理解能力。 具备以下条件优先 1.熟悉机器学习、分布式计算等相关技术； 2.具备机器学习理论、算法的研究和实践经验； 3.熟悉CUDA/Triton, TensorFlow/Pytorch框架，TVM/TensorRT/MLIR编译器者优先。
工作职责
1.参与超大规模机器学习异构引擎架构设计与深度优化； 2.参与机器学习训练引擎的吞吐提升、推理引擎的深度优化。 3.参与生成式、大模型基础能力建设。
