任职要求
1、一年以上NLP/CV方向实践经验，AIGC方向有落地经验者优先(实习生可放宽条件) 2、熟悉掌握常用的算法，在机器学习、深度学习、强化学习等算法方向具有良好的理论基础和算法调优经验； 3、具备良好的团队合作、沟通、逻辑思维能力，对工作有激情； 具备以下条件优先 1.有ACL/NAACL/EMNLP/SIGIR等NLP领域顶会论文发表经验验，或在具有影响力的NLP比赛中获得top名次，或开源社区项目开发经验； 2.具有生成式模型训练及开发经验，如大模型数据处理、模型微调、预训练、强化学习、内容安全等，了解Megatron，deepspeed，vllm等训练或推理加速框架。 3.有LangChain、AutoGPT或其他大模型框架开发经验者优先； 4.有生成式广告系统、智能客服、智能助手相关项目经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责AIGC大模型(文本、多模态等方向)在到家IM渠道落地(C端和B端落地) 2、负责跟踪和探索LLM(如LLama2等开源模型)、视觉理解等前沿技术，包括并不限大模型微调对齐、大模型领域知识增强、大模型策略优化、RLHF模型优化、Agent； 3、负责其他团队密切合作，包括数据工程师、前后端工程师、产品经理等，实现高质量的产品和解决方案；
