Head of D-End Operations: 1. Responsible for D-end operations management, particularly in fulfillment and delivery management under crowd-sourcing and franchise models, providing professional guidance and support. 2. Develop and execute fulfillment and delivery strategies to ensure service quality and efficiency. 3. Lead new business development from 0 to 1, driving the growth of D-end business. 4. Coordinate cross-departmental resources to optimize fulfillment processes and enhance operational efficiency. 5. Manage and develop the team, promoting effective collaboration and achievement of performance goals. D端负责人: 1.负责D端运营管理,特别是众包、加盟模式下的履约配送管理,提供专业指导与支持; 2.制定并执行履约配送战略,确保服务质量和效率; 3.负责从0到1的新业务开拓,推动D端业务发展; 4.协调跨部门资源,优化履约流程,提升运营效能; 5.管理并培养团队,推动团队高效协作与绩效达成。 Key Strategist for D-End Operations: 1. 1.负责制定和优化供给策略/销售策略/产品策略,分析市场数据和业务趋势,推动运营效率提升; 2.参与新业务的探索和0到1的业务发展,提供策略性建议; 3.协调资源,支持各部门推动业务执行,确保战略的落地; 4.参与销售团队的日常运营管理,优化流程、提升工作效率。
B端负责人: 1.负责整体销售战略的制定与执行,确保销售目标的达成; 2.协调跨职能部门(如销售、销运、产运等)的合作,推动项目的顺利执行; 3.统筹大客户管理、SMB等多军种销售模式,提升销售效能; 4.探索并推动新业务的开拓,负责0到1的新业务发展和市场开拓; 5.管理并激励团队,搭建高效的团队架构,推动团队成长和高绩效。 B端策略/产品运营骨干: 1.负责制定和优化供给策略/销售策略/产品策略,分析市场数据和业务趋势,推动运营效率提升; 2.参与新业务的探索和0到1的业务发展,提供策略性建议; 3.协调资源,支持各部门推动业务执行,确保战略的落地; 4.参与销售团队的日常运营管理,优化流程、提升工作效率。
C端负责人: 1.负责C端用户拉新、用户运营、营销活动运营及营销工具建设,提供专业指导; 2.推动营销战略的执行和优化,提升用户活跃度和留存率; 3.协调跨部门合作,确保各项运营任务的顺利推进; 4.管理和培养团队,提升团队执行力和绩效。 C端策略运营骨干: 1.负责C端用户拉新、用户运营、补贴策略等模块的策略执行; 2.提供用户运营数据分析和业务优化建议,推动营销活动的落实; 3.参与0到1新业务的开拓,支持业务增长和拓展; 4.协助团队成员提升工作效率和团队合作。
1.销售目标管理:对SA和KA团队业务目标进行拆解,梳理并定义影响销售团队达成目标的关键销售指标,建立目标管理指标体系,通过高效的数据工具和组织机制管理SA和KA团队日/周/月维度销售目标。 2.制定销售策略:通过经营分析及探查,识别业务增长机会,制定销售策略及前线执行路径。 3.项目管理:以项目管理方式,保障业务关键目标及策略可有效落地执行,分析并敏捷判断SA和KA团队目标达成的可行性及风险,充分调动策略、产品、OB团队资源,驱动SA和KA团队达成业务目标。 4.效率优化:了解SA和KA团队BD“找约谈签上运”全流程和作业痛点,推动产研团队搭建销售工具,建立标准化运营流程,提高团队运营效率。推动商家端产品能力优化,帮助商家线上运营提效。
