1. Responsible for the daily management of the dark store delivery module, developing regional delivery management plans and supervising on-site execution. 2. Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitor daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics. 3. Collect, provide feedback on, and resolve fulfillment issues in the region, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement. 4. Oversee the training of supervisors/riders in the region to enhance employees' overall quality and business capabilities. 5. Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.

负责食杂零售（Keemart、小象、快驴、优选）基础运营业务方向的软件研发工作，包括物资平台、账号权限平台、内控系统等，具体要求如下： 1. 高效支持业务需求开发，并确保服务质量和稳定性。 2. 负责平台能力相关的研发工作，承担平台化建设中的设计、研发和协同任务。 3. 负责系统的架构设计和稳定性治理，持续优化系统的高可用性、可扩展性和可维护性。 4. 深入理解业务需求，结合行业经验，制定符合当前阶段的技术规划和解决方案。 5. 具备良好的沟通协作能力，主导跨部门工作任务的协同，与团队成员共同解决难题。
1. 负责小象出海业务B端、C端、D端数据产品体系规划、能够自驱协同商分抽炼业务指标体系，搭建业务核心指标体系； 2. 沉淀分析思路与框架， 提炼数据产品需求，协同运营与技术推动数据产品的落地； 3. 通过专题数据分析，自驱进行数据探查，为业务经营决策赋能，用数据定位和解读业务问题； 4. 自主运营数据产品，推动数据产品在业务分析决策和业务流程的应用，提升决策和管理效率； 5. 有良好的数据策略-业务应用闭环意识，能够通过数据驱动业务决策，最大化数据价值产出。
负责海外市场KOL资源的挖掘、筛选及合作谈判。制定针对沙特市场的KOL营销策略和计划，在社交平台上进行投放合作。 结合品牌定位与目标市场文化特性，策划创意营销内容及传播方案，统筹KOL内容制作、发布排期及效果监测全流程。 监测并评估KOL营销活动的效果，跟踪投放数据（互动率、转化率等），输出策略优化方案，迭代营销方法论。 联动产品、投放、设计团队，确保内容输出与品牌调性高度一致。
