任职要求
1.计算机、数学、统计等相关专业,本科及以上学历; 2.在机器学习、因果推断、运筹优化领域有扎实的理论基础和丰富的实践经验; 3.有2年以上搜索、推荐、营销补贴、用户增长或者调度派单等策略算法方向的工作经验; 4.具有扎实的编程基础和数据结构算法基础; 5.有良好的团队合作精神和沟通协调能力,有与产品、运营、工程等多方密切配合的经验和意识; 具备以下条件优先 1.发表过A(+)类优秀论文、参加大型算法竞赛并取得不错成绩者优先; 2.有优秀开源项目经历者优先; 3.熟悉强化学习、大模型等相关技术并有相关落地经验者优先;
工作职责
1.负责优化网约车需求引导策略,深入理解并引导用户的打车需求,通过模型算法提高车型推荐效果,帮助用户更好更容易打到车,满足用户个性化用车需求; 2.负责优化网约车分单策略,制定和完善订单分配机制,通过模型算法将订单高效分配给合适的司机,提高分单效率和效果; 3.负责优化网约车定价、营销补贴策略,通过机器学习和运筹优化等技术合理分配补贴资源、促进业务增长; 4.负责优化网约车用户增长策略,包括站内流量拉新、老用户的促活、流失预警、留存等用户生命周期运营,促进业务增长;
