任职要求

1、本科及以上学历，7年以上工作经验，3年以上互联网/科技等行业公司项目管理经验
Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 7 years of work experience, including over 3 years of project management experience in internet/technology and other industries.

2、有丰富项目管理和项目管理体系建设经验，有较强的逻辑思考能力、数据洞察和分析能力、复杂问题的发现和拆解能力
Rich experience in project management and project management system construction, with strong logical thinking ability, data insight and analysis ability, and the ability to identify and decompose complex problems.

3、有具备较强的团队合作精神、执行力及在快节奏环境中的工作能力，能够推动跨部门、跨时区协作，并确保战略计划的高效执行
Have strong teamwork spirit, execution ability, and work capability in a fast-paced environment, able to promote cross-departmental and cross-time zone collaboration, and ensure the efficient implementation of strategic plans.

4、可将英文作为工作语言，具备良好的跨文化适应能力和敏感度，能够在多元文化环境中高效工作
Fluent English capability as primary working language, possess good cross-cultural adaptation ability and sensitivity, and can work efficiently in a multicultural environment.

5、愿意深入国际化业务，进行跨国出差或外派
Passion for deeply engaging in and driving international business expansion. Willingness and ability to undertake s cross-border travel or medium-to-long-term international assignments based on business needs.

具备以下条件优先
1、具有外卖、电商或互联网行业的战略规划、商业分析或管理咨询经验，有跨部门协作及项目管理经验加分
Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, or management consulting in the food delivery, e-commerce, or internet industry, with cross-departmental collaboration and project management experience preferred.

2、对外卖行业的全球商业模式、用户行为、市场动态有深入了解，具备一定的外卖平台运营经验加分
In-depth understanding of the global business models, user behavior, and market dynamics of the food delivery industry, with certain operational experience in food delivery platforms preferred.

3、有国际咨询经验，曾成功帮助中国公司出海经验加分
Experience in top international consulting and successful cases of helping Chinese companies go global preferred

4、可将阿拉伯语、葡萄牙语作为工作语言，对中东、拉美市场有相关经验者加分
Proficiency in Arabic or Portuguese for business communication is advantageous, with relevant experience in the Middle East and Latin American markets preferred.

工作职责

1、协助业务负责人进行国际化新开国的重点项目推进及进度管理工作，包括做好目标及关键任务拆解、资源协调、进度跟进、过程监控、风险识别等，对项目进度负责
Assist country GM in promoting key projects and managing progress for new international markets, including decomposing goals and key tasks, coordinating resources, following up on progress, monitoring processes, identifying risks, etc., and being responsible for project timelines.

2、深入理解业务，识别组织效率、运营工具等领域的问题，开发适配中东、拉美等新开国业务的项目管理手册，明确跨团队协作SOP，提高决策及执行效率，提升组织效能
Deeply understand the business, identify issues in organizational efficiency, operational tools, and other areas, develop project management manuals tailored to new markets such as the Middle East and Latin America, clarify cross-team collaboration SOPs, improve decision-making and execution efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness.


3、跨国管理背景下，设计并实施文化适配机制，建立多时区协作规范与本地化合规框架，制定敏感事项预案，保障跨国团队高效协同
In a cross-border management context, design and implement culturally adaptive mechanisms, establish multi-time zone collaboration norms and localized compliance frameworks, formulate contingency plans for sensitive matters, and ensure efficient collaboration of cross-border teams.

4、 具备较强的团队合作精神、执行力及在快节奏环境中的工作能力，能够推动跨部门协作，并确保战略计划的高效执行
