任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,7年以上互联网/科技等行业公司项目管理经验,至少3年以上国际化项目管理经验 2. 出色的项目管理能力,精通业内主流的项目管理方法的使用和项目管理软件,能够熟练运用数据分析工具对项目数据进行收集、整理和分析 3. 具备较强的团队合作精神、执行力及在快节奏环境中的工作能力,能够推动跨部门协作,并确保战略计划的高效执行 4. 可将英文作为工作语言,具备良好的跨文化适应能力和敏感度,能够在多元文化环境中高效工作 具备以下条件优先 1. 具备从0到1搭建海外项目管理体系者优先 2. 有PMP或Scrum等证书者优先
工作职责
1. 协助业务负责人进行重点项目管理工作,做好目标及关键任务拆解、协调组织内外部资源,追踪项目进展,确保项目按计划完成预期目标 2. 搭建国际化业务的项目管理体系,结合不同国家和地区的业务特点、文化差异,制定项目管理流程、标准和规范,确保项目管理工作的高效性与一致性 3. 深入理解业务,识别组织效率、运营工具等领域的问题,提升组织效能
【供给策略运营/业务策略分析】 1. 负责制定和优化供给策略/销售策略/产品策略,分析市场数据和业务趋势,推动运营效率提升; 2. 参与新业务的探索和0到1的业务发展,提供策略性建议; 3. 协调资源,支持各部门推动业务执行,确保战略的落地; 4. 参与销售团队的日常运营管理,优化流程、提升工作效率。 【Product Operation/Business Strategy Analysis】 1. Responsible for formulating and optimizing supply strategy/sales strategy/product strategy, analyzing market data and business trends, and promoting operational efficiency improvement; 2. Participate in the exploration of new businesses and business development from 0 to 1, and provide strategic suggestions; 3. Coordinate resources, support various departments to promote business execution, and ensure the implementation of strategies; 4. Assist the business leader in key project management, decompose goals and key tasks, coordinate internal and external resources, track project progress, and ensure that the project completes the expected goals as planned; 2. Participate in building a project management system for international business, formulate project management processes, standards and specifications based on the business characteristics and cultural differences of different countries and regions, and ensure the efficiency and consistency of project management; 3. Deeply understand the business, identify problems in areas such as organizational efficiency and operating tools, and improve organizational effectiveness.
1、协助业务负责人进行国际化新开国的重点项目推进及进度管理工作,包括做好目标及关键任务拆解、资源协调、进度跟进、过程监控、风险识别等,对项目进度负责 Assist country GM in promoting key projects and managing progress for new international markets, including decomposing goals and key tasks, coordinating resources, following up on progress, monitoring processes, identifying risks, etc., and being responsible for project timelines. 2、深入理解业务,识别组织效率、运营工具等领域的问题,开发适配中东、拉美等新开国业务的项目管理手册,明确跨团队协作SOP,提高决策及执行效率,提升组织效能 Deeply understand the business, identify issues in organizational efficiency, operational tools, and other areas, develop project management manuals tailored to new markets such as the Middle East and Latin America, clarify cross-team collaboration SOPs, improve decision-making and execution efficiency, and enhance organizational effectiveness. 3、跨国管理背景下,设计并实施文化适配机制,建立多时区协作规范与本地化合规框架,制定敏感事项预案,保障跨国团队高效协同 In a cross-border management context, design and implement culturally adaptive mechanisms, establish multi-time zone collaboration norms and localized compliance frameworks, formulate contingency plans for sensitive matters, and ensure efficient collaboration of cross-border teams. 4、 具备较强的团队合作精神、执行力及在快节奏环境中的工作能力,能够推动跨部门协作,并确保战略计划的高效执行 Possess strong teamwork spirit, execution ability, and work capability in a fast-paced environment, able to promote cross-departmental collaboration and ensure the efficient implementation of strategic plans.
1、负责中东多国履约重点项目的推进及进度管理工作,包括资源协调、进度跟进、过程监控、风险识别等,对项目进度负责。 2、建立标准化协作流程,开发适配中东业务的项目管理手册,明确跨团队协作SOP(如需求提报、决策路径、信息同步规范),提高决策及执行效率 3、搭建中东本地化案例库,设计协作培训课程,为突发项目问题支持与最佳实践调取提供支撑 4、定期分析项目进度与流程瓶颈,通过机制迭代持续优化组织协同效能 5、跨国管理背景下,设计并实施文化适配机制,建立多时区协作规范与本地化合规框架,制定敏感事项预案,保障跨国团队高效协同。 1、Responsible for driving and managing key fulfillment projects across multiple Middle Eastern countries, including resource coordination, progress tracking, process monitoring, and risk identification. Accountable for project timelines. 2、Set up standardized collaboration processes and develop a project management handbook tailored to Middle Eastern business needs. Define cross-team SOPs (such as request submission, decision-making paths, and information sharing rules) to improve decision-making and execution efficiency. 3、Build a local case library for the Middle East and design training courses for collaboration, providing support for handling urgent project issues and sharing best practices. 4、Regularly analyze project progress and process bottlenecks, and continuously improve team collaboration through process and system updates. 5、In a multinational context, design and implement cultural adaptation mechanisms, set up guidelines for working across time zones and local compliance frameworks, and create plans for sensitive issues to ensure efficient teamwork across countries.
