1.大学本科及以上学历,专业背景为商品与供应链管理、采购管理或相关领域。
2.具备丰富的招商采购工作经验,至少5年以上相关岗位经验。
3.具备良好的市场洞察力和分析能力,能够熟练运用市场调研和数据分析工具。
4.具备出色的谈判和沟通能力,能够与供应商建立良好的合作关系。
5.具备良好的团队管理能力,能够有效指导和激励团队成员,达成团队目标。
6.具备较强的问题解决能力和决策能力,能够在复杂环境下做出准确的判断和决策。
7.具备优秀的计划和组织能力,能够合理安排工作,有效管理时间和资源。

1.	Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in marketing, supply chain management, food science, or related fields;
2.	5+ years of experience in food procurement, preferably with exposure to diverse categories (e.g., FMCG, retail, or consumer goods).;
3.	Strong understanding of market trends, supply chain systems, and category management methods in the food industry;
4.	Excellent negotiation, data analysis, and market insight skills;
5.	Strong communication, coordination, and team management experience;
6.	High sense of responsibility, strong ability to work under pressure, and keen business acumen with an innovative mindset;
7.	Proficient in offic systems, and other data analysis tools.

- Responsible for business planning and strategy development in the FOOD sector,, including water and beverages, grain and oil, non-staple foods, snacks, instant drinks, frozen foods & ice products, and maternal & baby products
- Identify and establish long-term partnerships with direct distributors and wholesalers.
- Stay on the lookout for new suppliers based on strategy.
- Assist in setting the yearly budget/sales target and profit per category.
- Administer the price setting and respect the margin per category.
- Monitor and enhance category/product performance.
- Establish long-term development strategies for product categories.
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
- Create trust relationships with vendors to achieve better pricing and quality of services.
- Determine the positioning of a product category to maximize visibility.
