1.Manage and oversee specific fresh category (fruits, vegetables, meat, seafood,dairy), developing category strategies and procurement plans; 2.Analyze market trends, consumer demand, and competition to optimize product assortment and improve sales and profitability; 3.Handle supply chain management, establish strong relationships with suppliers, conduct procurement negotiations, control costs, and optimize supply channels; 4.Monitor inventory and product turnover, develop promotional strategies to enhance inventory turnover and reduce waste; 5.Collaborate with various departments (e.g., procurement, logistics, marketing) to ensure smooth product supply, quality, and market promotion; 6.Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations to ensure business compliance and continuously optimize procurement and operational processes; 7.Lead and train the team to enhance professional capabilities and work efficiency.
1. Assist the station manager in merchandise operation and management, including merchandise receiving, shelving, stocking, processing, expiry date, quality, loss, warehouse management, to ensure the quality of the merchandise; 2. Assist the station manager in site maintenance, including the 6S standard, i.e., sorting, straightening, cleaning, cleanliness, quality and safety, to ensure safe and efficient operation; 3.Assist the station manager to be responsible for material management, including performance equipment, engineering equipment, turnover materials, tools, beauty class material distribution, daily operation, inventory, etc., to ensure that the account is consistent.
● You will shape O2O’s product assortment and seller ecosystem—defining category strategies while partnering with both large and small merchants to deliver a reliable, diverse product catalog. ● Key Responsibilities ○ Define category-specific product pools (fresh, pantry, beauty, FMCG, etc.) and set selection, pricing, and rotation strategies. ○ Curate bestseller lists, seasonal bundles, and scenario-based assortments (e.g., “Family Dinner Kit”). ○ Serve as the primary partner for key account, enabling joint assortment planning, inventory alignment, and promotions. ○ Equip sellers with SaaS toolkits, operational playbooks, training, and performance dashboards. ○ Monitor seller health metrics (stockouts, ratings, fulfillment speed) and drive continuous improvement.

Support daily commercial operations for Local Korean market, including product management, pricing strategy execution, and promotion collaboration; Assist in monitoring sales data, analyzing operational metrics, and driving business goal achievement; Coordinate with category managers and cross-functional teams to implement supply chain, inventory, and order execution processes; Participate in the execution of commercial projects and process optimization to improve overall operational efficiency; Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance and smooth transaction processes; Support the development of operational strategies and improvement plans based on market feedback.
