1. Responsible for formulating delivery driver operating rules and products, including order allocation, scheduling, capacity growth, pricing subsidies, and experience assessment. 2. Analyze the changes in order demand, issues with existing capacity, and alternative modes of capacity within the industry to suggest iterative directions for the capacity model. 3. Monitor key performance indicators of logistics operations, empower urban operations, and guide urban organizations to enhance operational efficiency.
1. responsible for logistic operations management, particularly in the management of different fleet model like freelancers and 3pl. 2. develop and implement operational plans to improve logistic capacities, courier quality, dispatch strategies and courier efficiency to keep high service quality with high efficiency. 3. design and implement new business model of the fleet from 0 to 1, driving the growth of D-end business. 4. 1. Establishing governance models to ensure adherence to multi-jurisdictional labour regulations and enterprise risk standards. 2. Leading strategic design of compliance and onboarding ecosystems. 3. Championing cross-functional alignment between legal, operations leadership and other cross-functional teams. 4. Developing and implementing comprehensive safety protocols, including insurance frameworks and rider protection programs, to ensure regulatory compliance and workforce safety. 5. Directing audit intelligence systems with predictive analytics capabilities and root-cause resolution protocols. 6. Pioneering process innovation through automation solutions and data-driven workflow optimisations.
1. Designing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, search engines) to attract potential couriers in designated markets. 2. Collaborating with local teams to tailor recruitment strategies to regional needs and cultural nuances. 3. Analyzing campaign performance metrics to refine targeting and budget allocation.
Key Responsibilities - Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, encompassing risk identification, proactive prevention measures, real-time crisis response, stakeholder communication, and post-incident review. - Establish and monitor key risk indicators and metrics to regularly assess risk exposure and support informed operational decision-making. - Support the delivery operations team in evaluating the risk implications of strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to balance risk mitigation with business objectives. - Partner with internal teams to strengthen relationships with couriers, fostering trust and alignment to reduce operational risks and enhance workforce stability proactively. - Collaborate with the corporate external affairs team to align on risk-related strategic planning, government engagement, and cross-functional crisis preparedness.
