We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Manager - Logistics Compliance. This role is crucial in helping Keeta establish strong working relationships with local government bodies and regulatory agencies in Kuwait, ensuring smooth business operations and compliance with all local laws and regulations in the delivery industry. The ideal candidate should have a background in government relations, regulatory affairs, or relevant public sector roles, especially in the context of logistics, transportation, or food delivery. Key Responsibilities: 1、Government Relations & Compliance Management: Establish and maintain connections with key government departments related to food delivery. Navigate local regulatory frameworks, ensuring Keeta is fully compliant with transportation, health and labor laws. Act as the main liaison between Keeta and logistic relevant authorities to facilitate business operations and approvals. Ensure that all compliance processes are properly documented and followed. 2、Regulatory & Legal Support: Provide guidance and support in obtaining necessary permits and certifications, including health cards for riders and food safety approvals for delivery operations. Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory filings and documentation to local authorities. Keep track of any changes in relevant laws and regulations and advise internal teams on necessary adaptations. 3、Process Optimization: Collaborate with local authorities to streamline the compliance process and ensure timely approvals for new operations or service expansions. Identify potential risks or gaps in compliance and propose solutions to mitigate these risks effectively.

Project Resource Management Manages the deployment of project resources, proactively managing project costs, providing forecasts, and presenting variances with narrative at appropriate review points to ensure effective utilization. Project Governance Ensures project compliance with ASML's wider program and/or portfolio management decision-making structures and processes. Stakeholder Management and Advising Plans and delivers stakeholder engagement activities to develop effective project working relationships and to ensure that stakeholder needs and concerns are identified and met. Project Risk and Issue Management Identifies and evaluates risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with the project, escalating where appropriate. Reviews and solves problems (technical, process, logistic), prioritizes, informs stakeholders, and escalates on problems where necessary. Project Review / Reporting Drafts project review reports and presentations, including key information, commentary, and recommendations to support the review process and enable stakeholders to evaluate progress and agree on change. Project Benefit Realization Carries out baseline assessment and post-implementation analyses to contribute to the measurement and tracking of business benefits. Accelerate Lazada Logistics’ leadership in logistics by delivering customer-centric product solutions that enhance customer experience for Fulfilled By Lazada (FBL) and Multi-Channel Logistics (MCL) business across Southeast Asia. Job scope Product and Solutions Development ● Work with regional customers (current and prospective), country technical product managers to ensure proper integration of system solutions and operations set up to enable seamless fulfilment services ● Identify and address gaps in current solutions and operations together with customers ● Translate market insights and customer needs into product solutions ● Lead end-to-end development and rollout of solutions for FBL and MCL business ● Work with product managers for end-to-end system enhancement, including requirement gathering, user acceptance testing, hypercare, and change management ● Work with country teams, product managers, and internal stakeholders to define business requirements, prioritise rollout sequence, and ensure successful product rollout Operations Improvement ● Work with operations team to set up/streamline standard operations procedures (SOP) ● Partner with business intelligence team to set up dashboards to monitor operations performance Market Research ● Conduct periodic market and customer research to identify trends in fulfilment and eCommerce market and impact to product solutions ● Propose and drive product and solutions initiatives to drive customer value and business growth
1.Responsible for optimizing and operating Keeta's delivery dispatch processes, including supply-demand matching, delivery area optimization, route planning, etc., in order to improve delivery efficiency and customer experience, thereby driving order growth. 2.Able to actively utilize various analytical methods, combined with a deep understanding of the business, to propose creative optimization solutions. This includes strategic operation plans, product iteration ideas, and business model optimization solutions. 3.Continuously evaluate existing dispatch strategies, monitor key indicators, and empower local operations.
