任职要求
1.具备过硬的编码能力，扎实的数据结构与算法、操作系统、网络编程等计算机基础功底。 2.有扎实的前端基本功(JS/HTML5/CSS3)，深入理解浏览器和JS运行原理机制，熟悉Web前端性能优化的原理和基本思路。 3. 具备良好的架构设计能力和开阔的技术视野，熟悉常用设计原则，并在开发过程中灵活运用实践。 4. 具备数据敏感度，有良好的数据运用意识和数据分析能力，能从中洞察问题和技术优化方向。 5. 具备技术好奇心，同时在产品Sense和视觉审美方面有好的体现，能在产品或技术方案讨论过程中有建设性反馈。 6. 具备良好的沟通表达和文档撰写能力，关注协作过程中的效率持续提升。 具备以下条件优先 1. 有美团小程序或微信小程序或类似框架开发使用经验者。 2.有其他跨端动态化框架开发使用经验者，如React Native、Hybrid。 3.有地图相关产品或应用开发经验者。 4.作为主要贡献者参与开发过有影响力的开源产品。
工作职责
负责美团地图ToC产品中核心功能的研发工作，其中包括： 1. 负责支持产品功能的日常维护、升级迭代。 2. 参与小程序跨端混合技术栈下架构设计及演进，持续推进架构可用性的提升。 3. 参与小程序跨端混合技术栈下应用性能和稳定性治理，持续提升用户体验。 4. 参与团队工程效率提升和线上运维能力建设工作。
