工作职责
Based on architecture standards set by the headquarters IT architecture team, test and validate local products, drive procurement execution, and complete device purchases. Collaborate with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to complete the purchases, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (e.g. CCTV, access control systems, racks, and cabling). Manage local system integration projects to ensure effective implementation of solutions as guided by headquarters' technical requirements, while optimizing execution according to local needs. Develop and implement localized IT solutions. Ensure IT infrastructure maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards. Monitor the quality of office network using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and design and implement corresponding improvements. Track, manage, and Inventory local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment inventories and supplier collaboration) and resolve local application and service issues, and ensure the integrity of IT infrastructure. Coordinate local service provider resources to ensure rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel, equipment, and time to meet project needs effectively. Provide standard operating procedures and documentation support, regularly reporting progress on localized solutions to headquarters.
1. Ensure compliance with the IT architecture standards set by the headquarters, conducting testing and validation of local products to meet these standards. Oversee the procurement process and complete equipment purchases. 2. Work in coordination with the headquarters IT architecture team and local service providers to facilitate the procurement, installation, configuration, and upgrade of network equipment and low-voltage systems (such as video surveillance, access control, cabinets, cables, etc.). 3. Manage local system integration projects to ensure that solutions based on headquarters' technical requirements are effectively implemented and tailored to meet local needs. 4. Take charge of creating and implementing localized IT solutions, which include the maintenance and operation of IT infrastructure, while ensuring alignment with headquarters standards. 5. Monitor the performance of regional office networks using tools provided by headquarters IT, gather user feedback, and develop and implement improvement measures based on this input. 6. Oversee the management, tracking, and inventory of local IT infrastructure resources (including equipment records, supplier relationships, etc.), address local issues, and ensure the integrity of the IT infrastructure. 7. Coordinate with local service providers in Saudi Arabia to expedite problem resolution and ensure the efficient allocation of service provider resources. 8.Provide support in creating standard operating procedures and documentation, and maintain regular communication with the headquarters IT team regarding the progress of localization solution implementations.

• Contribute to design review and product features requirements under the whole Ethernet/ NIC/DPU/Switch portfolio. Design and build setup topologies with an emphasis on an emulation of customer large scale / complex environments. • Collaborating closely with multi-functional teams, including hardware engineers, software developers, and domain experts, to deliver optimized solutions that meet the demanding requirements of AI workloads. • Design, mentorship for testing automation team to implement tests. Generate comprehensive test reports during release execution procedure, assist with reproduction and debugs complex customer use cases, with determination of the issue root cause, be an engineering PIC for the full verification cycles of the customer use cases. • Complete end-to-end test scenarios in different scopes: Regression, Performance, Functional and Scale; Report the progress of testing and provide summary reports of testing activity. • Profiling, Benchmarking, and Analyzing Deep Learning models to identify areas for optimization and improvement in terms of performance, efficiency, and accuracy, with a strong emphasis on networking aspects. • Providing insights and recommendations based on the analysis of large-scale training results, specifically focusing on networking bottlenecks and optimizations, to improve model outcomes and achieve business objectives.
The Role As an IAM/Zero Trust Operations Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the operational tasks associated with Tesla's global Zero-Trust platforms. Working closely with the multiple teams , your responsibilities will involve maintaining and optimizing the Zero-Trust infrastructure, ensuring its availability, and contributing to the overall success of Tesla's cybersecurity initiatives. Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of Tesla's Zero-Trust platforms and aspects related to day to day operations Execute and oversee day-to-day operational tasks related to Zero-Trust principles and methodologies as per guidelines Work on user tickets and create user facing documentation and knowledge collateral Implement changes to the production environment as guided by change management protocols. Respond to incidents and outages within SLA/OLA timelines, providing detailed postmortem reports. Participate in the development of custom reporting, dashboards, and metrics for enhanced visibility into Zero-Trust services. Contribute to capacity planning, performance monitoring, and proactive analysis of infrastructure. Work on preventive maintenance tasks for Zero-Trust platform components. Document physical/logical solutions, operational tasks, and procedures. Participate in the analysis of system faults, troubleshoot, and run diagnostic tests. Provide feedback based on user interactions and identify improvements in policies and implementations Comply with and enforce best practices in an enterprise environment. Engage in 24/7 on-call rotation as required.
