工作职责
1. 负责外部API服务商接入平台，确保重要服务商接入效率和质量，并积极主动识别相关产品功能点的开发和迭代，保障API产品功满足业务发展目标需求； 2.管理API产品项目流程，建立销售、产品、技术团队等相关方的协作和沟通机制，精准把控各关键节点，推动项目实现业务预期并交付成果； 3. 开展产品功能培训和推广，制定全面的产品培训手册，协助团队掌握产品使用方法； 1.Responsible for the access of external API service providers, ensuring efficient and high-quality integration of key API providers, actively identifying the development and iteration of related product features, ensuring that the API product meets business development goals; 2.Manage the API product project workflow, establish collaboration and communication mechanisms among sales, product, tech teams, precisely control each key milestone, and drive the project to meet business expectations and deliver results; 3.Lead product feature training and promotion, develop a comprehensive product training guide, and support the team in mastering product usage.
1.Drive API-based integration between local Brazilian chain brands and the platform, enabling seamless connectivity with merchant systems such as POS, ERP, and OMS. 2.Coordinate with product, engineering, and sales teams to design and implement digital solutions tailored to enterprise clients in the chain industry. 3.Manage technical onboarding and post-integration operations, ensuring smooth system performance and continuous optimization after go-live. 4.Oversee vendor and third-party service provider relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective support throughout the API integration process. 5.Provide technical support for key accounts, working closely with strategic clients to ensure API stability, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
1. 对Keeta 外卖业务商家侧运营提供数据分析和数据支持。Provide data analysis and data support for merchant-side operations of Keeta's food delivery business 2. 与业务运营团队、前线团队、数据团队等协同方紧密合作，基于商家运营的需求，产出不同业务运营场景下的指标体系和运营策略。Work closely with both internal and cross-functional teams, identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for different operation scenarios. 3. 通过数据深度分析，和业务团队一起深入挖掘和洞察商家的需求，定位业务关键机会。Through in-depth data analysis, collaborate with the business team to deeply explore and gain insights into merchant needs, identifying key business opportunities. 4. 参与业务侧专项，对项目提供数据分析支持，推动项目的落地，并对项目结果共同负责。Participate in operation key projects, provide data analysis support for projects, promote project implementation, and share responsibility for project results.
1. Find catering merchants willing to cooperate with Meituan Keeta through effective appointments and efficient door-to-door visits, and reach cooperation agreements. 2. Assist partner restaurants in setting up their online stores on the platform, and provide training on how to manage their online delivery business. 3. Collaborate with partner merchants to plan online marketing campaigns and offer professional solutions for delivery operations, aiding our partner restaurants in enhancing their delivery business. 4. Conduct regular visits to maintain customer relationships with partner restaurants and collaborate with various departments to address and resolve daily queries from these partner restaurants.
