2.Experience:
1) Experience in chain retail, e-commerce, or related industries.
2) Familiar with API business operations and cooperation with technical teams.
3) Able to coordinate between business and tech teams to implement projects.
3.Skills:
1) Understand API functions and business value.
2) Data analysis and monitoring skills to improve business.
3) Good negotiation and communication skills with partners.
4) Strong project management and coordination ability.
4.Language: Fluent in Portuguese; good English reading and writing skills.
工作职责
1.Drive API-based integration between local Brazilian chain brands and the platform, enabling seamless connectivity with merchant systems such as POS, ERP, and OMS. 2.Coordinate with product, engineering, and sales teams to design and implement digital solutions tailored to enterprise clients in the chain industry. 3.Manage technical onboarding and post-integration operations, ensuring smooth system performance and continuous optimization after go-live. 4.Oversee vendor and third-party service provider relationships, ensuring high-quality delivery and effective support throughout the API integration process. 5.Provide technical support for key accounts, working closely with strategic clients to ensure API stability, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.

Job Responsibilities 1. Responsible for handling printer-related software and hardware issues both online and offline to ensure stable device operation. 2. Assist in printer product integration and implementation, participate in function testing, record and feedback product issues, and promote product optimization. 3. Collaborate with sales, technical, and product teams across departments to ensure smooth communication and project progress. 4. Maintain product user manuals and internal knowledge bases, assist in preparing training materials, and participate in training activities. 5. Learn and understand the overall order-taking solutions in the restaurant industry, including printers, API interfaces, and mobile app order-taking methods, to enhance professional competence. 6. Participate in the analysis and special tackling of complex problems, promoting the implementation of technical solutions. 7. 1.负责巴西国际连锁品牌的解决方案设计和落地执行,深入了解品牌的生意模式,通过数据分析与方案设计确保客户需求得到满足。 2.协同大客户销售团队与品牌进行沟通,挖掘客户需求,推动品牌与平台市场营销、用户运营、配送履约、科技赋能等全方位的深度合作,为所负责品牌的增长、竞争、盈亏、体验负责。 3.负责跟进重点项目进展,确保项目按时高质量完成。 4.协调内部各部门资源,推动解决方案的优化和升级,提升客户体验。 1.Responsible for the solution design and implementation of Brazilian international chain brands, in-depth understanding of the brand's business model, through data analysis and solution design to ensure that customer needs are met. 2.Collaborate with key account sales team to communicate with brands, explore customer needs, promote in-depth cooperation between brands and platform marketing, user operations, delivery fulfilment, technology empowerment, etc., and be responsible for the growth, competition, profit/loss, and experience of the brands in charge. 3.Responsible for following up the progress of key projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and with high quality. 4.Coordinate internal resources of various departments to promote the optimisation and upgrading of solutions to enhance customer experience.
1. Analyze and regulate urban supply and demand dynamics to improve Keeta’s freelance’s operation and management capabilities in the Middle East. 2. Decompose objectives and deploy freelance capacity to ensure the overall experience and delivery costs of freelance’s targets are achieved. 3. Collaborate with back-office operations teams to advance the iterative upgrading of the freelance strategic capabilities; partner with 3PLs to empower freelance capacity recruitment. 4. Monitor daily operational data, promptly identify business issues, and drive problem-solving and strategy implementation.
