5+ years of financial experience in the Saudi Arabian retail sector, demonstrating professional financial competency and strong financial risk management acumen. Exceptional Communicator: Proficient in English and Arabic required, flexibility to use both written and oral English skills in business communication. Highly Collaborative: Be willing to develop self and others through teamwork; comfortable providing guidance and sharing expertise with others. Proactive Self-Starter: Takes an active role in one’s own professional development; have strong learning agility is preferred. 工作职责
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: (1) Drive Local Strategic Insights: Perform deep-dive market research through frontline investigation to collect data. Identify business opportunities through financial lens by conducting comprehensive market and competitor research and analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement (2) Lead financial research and analysis in key areas: Purchase cost of retail product and gross margin optimization Fulfillment cost management Financial Unit Economics (UE) model development and maintenance Performance tracking and reporting (3) Business Partnership: Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making Partner closely with business teams to drive results.
1.建立并完善配送正向（下单、领取、交接、配送、客户交付）、逆向等配送流程、标准、系统能力，配套配送调度策略优化、载具升级、物资设备迭代等提升运营质量和运营效率 2.识别业务流程关键问题，通过数据分析、策略输出、系统建设、制度优化、流程设计、SOP梳理、闭环运营等，协同一线团队拿到业务结果 3.推进业务良性发展，不断优化运营问题，持续提升运营绩效 4.协同商品、订货、物流及品控等上下游部门进行全链路优化，提升业务效率
1.负责总部中台相关标准化管理和运营管理工作，承接前置仓内分拣、打包等细分领域的标准和流程体系建设、系统能力建设、项目推进等工作，持续进行服务站生产管理体系优化，对生产时效、成本、质量核心指标结果负责 2、负责前置仓的生产模式创新及项目推广工作，通过产品能力升级和模型优化建立最优分拣策略，配套设备、工具升级，持续探索人机结合分拣模式 3.识别业务流程关键问题，通过数据分析、策略输出、系统建设、制度优化、流程设计、SOP梳理、闭环运营等，协同一线团队拿到业务结果 4.推进业务良性发展，不断优化运营问题，持续提升运营绩效； 5.协同商品、订货、物流及品控等上下游部门进行全链路优化，提升业务效率。
1.负责制定和执行物流仓储蓝领员工的薪酬政策，确保薪酬方案的合理性和公平性。 2.根据降本增效需求，监控市场薪酬动态，进行薪酬调研和分析，不断探索和优化薪酬方案。 3.仓储蓝领员工计件方案设计及渗透率推广。 4.负责全面的薪酬成本管理。 5.结算准确性管理。
1.负责总部中台入库相关标准化管理和运营管理工作，承接收货、上架、到货异常处置细分领域的标准及流程建设、系统能力建设、核心项目推进等工作，持续进行运营体系优化，对核心指标结果负责； 2、负责服务站到货差异流程及标准建设，建立差异提报/认责/申诉/判责的闭环运营流程，持续进行系统及流程迭代。 3.识别业务流程关键问题，通过数据分析、策略输出、系统建设、制度优化、流程设计、SOP梳理、闭环运营等，协同一线团队拿到业务结果； 4.推进业务良性发展，不断优化运营问题，持续提升运营绩效； 5.协同商品、订货、物流及品控等上下游部门进行全链路优化，提升业务效率。
