1.大学本科及以上学历,5年以上仓库/门店培训管理经验; 2.具备良好的沟通协调能力和团队管理能力,能够有效协同团队完成工作任务; 3.具备优秀的数据分析能力、逻辑思维能力、策略输出能力,能够准确定位关键问题,整合团队资源解决问题; 4.有出色的项目管理能力和业务推动能力,上下游沟通协作能力,能终结问题,拿回业务结果; 5.熟练使用办公软件、数据处理工具及仓储管理系统,具备良好的计划和组织能力; 6、具备熟练的英语写作及沟通表达能力。 具备以下条件优先 1、有沙特及中东国家工作经验者优先; 2、熟练掌握英语口语者优先
工作职责
1、负责搭建履约链路培训体系及系统化工具 2、结合业务需求、岗位需求及痛点建设蓝领用工和前线管理者的培训管理机制 3、负责制定各作业岗位的标准化培训课程、专项培训课程及学习课件,并及时更新迭代 4、负责建立各作业岗位的线下培训机制,包括线下开班及授课 5、通过数据监控各作业岗位的培训进展及员工学习档案,持续提升改进 6、推进业务良性发展,不断优化运营问题,持续提升运营绩效
1. Responsible for the daily management of the dark store delivery module, developing regional delivery management plans and supervising on-site execution. 2. Facilitate the implementation of business operations in the region, monitor daily operations, service quality, and performance metrics. 3. Collect, provide feedback on, and resolve fulfillment issues in the region, follow up on operational anomalies, and conduct experience analysis for continuous improvement. 4. Oversee the training of supervisors/riders in the region to enhance employees' overall quality and business capabilities. 5. Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.

Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: (1) Drive Local Strategic Insights: Perform deep-dive market research through frontline investigation to collect data. Identify business opportunities through financial lens by conducting comprehensive market and competitor research and analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement (2) Lead financial research and analysis in key areas: Purchase cost of retail product and gross margin optimization Fulfillment cost management Financial Unit Economics (UE) model development and maintenance Performance tracking and reporting (3) Business Partnership: Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making Partner closely with business teams to drive results.
