1. Responsible for establishing a training framework and systematic tools for thefulfilment chain 2. Develop training management mechanisms for blue-collar workers and frontline managers, addressingoperational requirements, role-specific needs, and pain points 3. Develop standardised training programmes, specialised courses, and learning materials for alloperational roles, ensuring timely updates and iterations 4. Establish offline training mechanisms for all operational positions, including organising anddelivering in-person sessions 5. Monitor training progress and employee learning records across roles through data analysis, driving continuous improvement 6. Foster sustainable business growth by optimising operational challenges and enhancing overallperformance 1.Responsible for recruitment of front-end warehouse personnel (including roles such as goods handling, sorting, and packing) and warehouse staff; 2.Oversee the introduction, evaluation, and management of human resources suppliers. 3.Demonstrate exceptional cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, interpersonal understanding, and problem-solving capabilities. 4.Responsible for establishing diversified local recruitment channels, including but not limited to implementing mature strategies for commercial recruitment, online recruitment, and employee referrals; 5.Responsible for handling anomalies in employee relations matters concerning agency staff, including remuneration, employment relations, and workplace culture.

Ensure service quality at sites within the region, analyze delivery customer complaints, implement effective measures to control complaints, and provide professional, efficient, and high-quality delivery services to enhance customer satisfaction.

1. Develop monthly work plans for the department, lead and supervise employees to complete target tasks, monitor and inspect the implementation of various work systems, and coordinate with upstream and downstream departments; 2. After operations are completed, organise the inventory area, clean up packaging materials, adjust storage locations, organise product categories, and handle discrepancies; 3. Supervise the implementation of management systems, manage employee attendance, provide necessary job-related training to staff, and evaluate work performance; 4. Plan product categories in storage areas to optimise physical space utilisation, maintain temporary storage zones, and conduct daily warehouse; 5. Manage the receipt, issuance, and storage of warehouse goods; 6. Implement and revise warehouse management systems, standardise operational procedures, optimise internal processes, and ensure their effective implementation; 7. Ensure inventory records are clear and accurate, conduct regular warehouse inventories, and verify the accuracy of inventory data in accordance with warehouse management regulations; 8. Oversee overall inventory management within the warehouse, coordinate and execute inventories (such as daily counts), ensure inventory records match physical stock, and investigate discrepancies in inventory items.
