工作职责
1. Oversee the day-to-day management and operations of the PC machining workshop, ensuring the smooth execution of production schedules. 2. Develop production plans and process flows to guarantee product quality and adherence to delivery timelines. 3. Coordinate activities across departments to ensure seamless production workflow. 4. Lead staff training and team-building initiatives to enhance the team's execution capabilities and cohesion.
Role definition and Key Accountabilities include, but are not limited to: (1) Drive Local Strategic Insights: Perform deep-dive market research through frontline investigation to collect data. Identify business opportunities through financial lens by conducting comprehensive market and competitor research and analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations for business improvement (2) Lead financial research and analysis in key areas: Purchase cost of retail product and gross margin optimization Fulfillment cost management Financial Unit Economics (UE) model development and maintenance Performance tracking and reporting (3) Business Partnership: Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making Partner closely with business teams to drive results.

1.负责总部中台相关标准化管理和运营管理工作，承接前置仓内分拣、打包等细分领域的标准和流程体系建设、系统能力建设、项目推进等工作，持续进行服务站生产管理体系优化，对生产时效、成本、质量核心指标结果负责 2、负责前置仓的生产模式创新及项目推广工作，通过产品能力升级和模型优化建立最优分拣策略，配套设备、工具升级，持续探索人机结合分拣模式 3.识别业务流程关键问题，通过数据分析、策略输出、系统建设、制度优化、流程设计、SOP梳理、闭环运营等，协同一线团队拿到业务结果 4.推进业务良性发展，不断优化运营问题，持续提升运营绩效； 5.协同商品、订货、物流及品控等上下游部门进行全链路优化，提升业务效率。
