Key Pillars of the Role • Seamless Stock Journey Lead the end-to-end procurement process from purchase orders to inbound, storage and outbound fulfillment. Secure stock availability by monitoring purchasing flows, resolving procurement bottlenecks and ensuring smooth [Ready to Ship] status. Drive reverse logistics activities, including [return to suppliers, scrap/write-off and re-inbound], to minimize obsolescence and reduce fulfillment costs. • Unlocking Commercial Success through Supply Chain Expertise Support commercial strategy and ad-hoc initiatives by collaborating with logistic operations to enhance revenue and improve P&L performance while ensuring operations efficiencies. Manage return to suppliers and scrap processes (reverse logistics) to reduce fulfillment cost and minimize stock obsoletion. Act as an advisor to commercial in negotiating contractual terms related to supply chain and procurement. • Cross-Functional Supply Chain & Stakeholder Alignment Partner with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end procurement and fulfillment. Represent the Retail team with suppliers, commercial, and other stakeholders to align operations with business goals and enable win-win sourcing solutions. Share best practices and insights with our regional team to drive consistent supply chain excellence across markets. • Local Capability Building Share best practices to enhance the knowledge of local sourcing teams, while mentoring colleagues to drive continuous improvement and ensure consistent execution. Objective: The Production & Logistics Manager will lead and manage all aspects of post-booking stage of event planning and execution. This includes coordinating all event with vendor/agency related services including event management, logistic operations, set-up, equipment service, and production logistics. Additionally, the Production & Logistic Manager is responsible for gathering and disseminating all event-related information to various departments throughout the arena including facilities, production, and broadcast production related systems. Core Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the event operations by vendor/agency, including game-day and non-game day related event setups and activities. - Maintain and develop relationships with a wide variety of vendors and suppliers. - Coordinate the relationship and productivity of Stagehands, rigging, and other labor contractors. - Work with various arena and team departments to meet event staffing and production needs. - Assist in planning and executing event-related expenses and budgets. - Coordinate floor plans for events based on building safety code. Secure proper permits for events. Ensure compliance with all applicable fire, building, and safety codes. - Prepare supporting documentation including event notes, expense estimates, and post notes. - Manage the department budget, including Operating, Maintenance, and Capital Projects as related to production services. - Monitor stagehands, riggers, and other event-related contract event personnel. - Maintain and develop relationships with event support vendors and rental houses that provide services for event-related activities. - Execute Production Meetings with various arena and tenant departments to ensure accurate and timely delivery of event information. - Manage arena-related broadcast, production, and technical setup aspects.
Job position: Operations Supervisor Job Responsibility: • Participate in the daily operations to ensure manpower resource, system and equipment functioning effectively and efficiently • Manage the operations on reported shift under day-to-day basis to ensure overall operation run smoothly, efficiently and conform to safety and security requirements • Perform regular warehouse patrol including but not limited to warehouse situation, cargo handling, aviation security screening, ULD build-up quality, truck performance and all relevant processes • Regularly review the operation procedure and manuals and assist in developing and conducting training programs for staff and contractors • Ensure all areas of operations on reported shift under day-to-day basis are conformed with the regulatory requirements and customers’ SOW/SLA with consistent and quality manner • Liaise with Customer & upstream warehouse on shipment status and reply enquiry • Report incidents or irregularities on any aspects to Duty Manager and assist in conducting the investigation • Lead and empower service provider’s staff to perform overall daily operations • Liaise with upstream Logistics Centre on cross border truck arrangement and Air Cargo Terminal & Airline for cargo and document delivery • To be conversant with the company's emergency and accident procedures, assist Duty Manager to take the lead during the activation of the plan • Ensures effective communications with internal and/or external co-workers and functional stakeholders in related to daily operational matters. • Conduct IT system and digital application operation (e.g. in house WMS, external system) and provide insights for system functionality enhancement to achieve higher operating efficiency • Maintain the discipline and workplace safety, security, tidiness, cleanliness
