Develop and execute localized operation strategies for DingTalk in the Japanese market, enhancing brand awareness and retention, and driving product penetration. •Plan and execute online and offline market activities, including product launches, industry forums, etc., to attract potential customers and partners. Establish relationships with Japanese local media, KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders), and industry associations to expand DingTalk's influence in the Japanese market. •Drive growth and brand promotion in Japan, utilizing content marketing, social media operations, and other methods to increase new acquisition, improve retention, and boost engagement. Formulate and implement brand promotion plans for the Japanese market, increasing DingTalk's recognition and adoption among Japanese businesses. •Provide localized support and optimization for DingTalk products (e.g., Hardware A1 and AI Table, etc.), ensuring product functionality, interface, and experience align with the needs of the Japanese market. Collect and analyze feedback from Japan to drive product and service improvements, enhancing satisfaction. •Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for DingTalk in Japan, such as growth, engagement, and conversion rates, to support operational decision-making. Optimize market activities and strategies using data-driven approaches to enhance market performance. •Define and communicate DingTalk's brand positioning in Japan, designing brand promotion campaigns that resonate with Japanese culture and values, and elevating DingTalk's brand image in the Japanese market. •Manage crisis situations and market feedback in Japan, safeguarding DingTalk's brand reputation and trust. 1. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and ensure that all rider assets (equipment,gear, etc.) are stocked and available. Raise requests for additional stock based on usage patterns and the forecastedrider count. 2. Asset Distribution: Manage the distribution of rider equipment to all riders and fleet partners in atimely and efficient manner.Ensure that riders on the ground are fully equipped with all necessary items, suchas helmets, bags, and uniforms, based on the specific needs and rider count. 3. Quality Control: Regularly inspect equipment for quality and ensure that it meets Keeta’s standards. 4. Stock Audits: Perform regular stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records. Address discrepancies and manage returns, replacements, or repairs of damaged or faulty equipment. 5. Training and Support: Provide necessary support and guidance to local teams on inventory processes,ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse and Equipment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our last mile logistics warehouse and manage all related equipment. The role ensures smooth inventory flow, optimal use of assets, and support for delivery operations through effective warehouse and equipment management.
Lead a team of Post molding process in the development of Accessories enclosure. During development phase, you will be required to: - Act as bridge between Apple design and suppliers’ manufacturing teams - Engage with Apple Design and Program Management teams at beginning stage of NPI and give continuous feedback based on manufacturing process development and evolution - Provide technical assessment of existing or new manufacturing partners - Identify manufacturing processes to meet product design - Work with suppliers to develop fixtures to ensure correct performance and mechanical requirement DESCRIPTION: In this highly visible role, you will manage selection, implementation & optimization of manufacturing processes for mechanical enclosure subassemblies for our legendary products. Responsibilities include developing new manufacturing processes to enable future product designs, conducting DOEs to validate process capability, and qualifying processes for mass production. You will utilize your Mechanical Engineering experience and work cross functionally with Product Design Engineering and Industrial Design to assess product features for manufacturability, and recommend capable production processes and equipment. You will work closely with Cupertino-based MDEs in the development of above said processes. Partner with Global Supply Managers to develop new equipment from RFQ through factory implementation, and manufacture and deliver material to downstream supply chain nodes on time and on cost. You will work with Supplier Quality Engineers to drive yield improvement through analyses of part quality, defect pareto, and SPC. A heavy emphasis will be on working with suppliers to define and refine mechanical tooling and fixtures, and establishing process capability and readiness. Coordination of activities and direction through clear communication between the Asia and US-based teams, and vendors is a necessity. You may audit supplier secondary processes and assembly processes as well as support product phase builds from prototype through ramp and mass production. Provide leadership at manufacturing sites during development and product production ramp, and drive engineering issues to resolution Use data to drive process decisions, basic data analysis, DOEs, SPC, etc. Design best-in-class process based on cosmetic and drawing requirement, mapping out and document process flow and details which includes selecting processing equipments, designing corresponding fixtures/consumables/magazines/trays, initiating DOEs to find out the best machine setups, machining path and parameters, and finalizing the process solution from prototype stage to mass production stage. Define part tolerance and specifications by demonstrating process capability to Product Designers and Industrial Designers Own yield improvement actions and process change decisions based on statistical process control (SPC) data analysis.
