Warehouse Management: • Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of last mile inventory including parcels, packaging, and rider gear. • Maintain accurate stock levels using warehouse management systems . • Implement and enforce safety protocols and cleanliness standards in the warehouse. • Optimize layout and workflow to ensure efficient handling and dispatching. • Coordinate with last mile operations for timely order staging and handover to riders. Equipment Management: • Track and manage assets such as delivery boxes, uniforms, phones, scanners, and bikes (if applicable). • Ensure equipment is in good working condition through routine inspections and maintenance schedules. • Coordinate repair and replacement of damaged or outdated gear. • Maintain inventory logs of all issued and returned equipment per rider. Team & Coordination: • Lead warehouse staff and ensure proper training on handling procedures. • Work closely with procurement and operations teams for replenishments and issue resolutions • Prepare and present inventory, damage, and maintenance reports.

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse and Equipment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our last mile logistics warehouse and manage all related equipment. The role ensures smooth inventory flow, optimal use of assets, and support for delivery operations through effective warehouse and equipment management.
1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. Develop and implement warehouse operation plans based on customer needs to guarantee service delivery. 4.According to business demands, devise plans for overseas warehouse relocation, transitions, and construction of new facilities, overseeing projects from start to finish. 5. Monitor major operational risks for overseas warehouses (including third-party operated warehouses), encompassing but not limited to issues such as intellectual property infringement, loss prevention, natural disasters, and political factors, to ensure uninterrupted warehouse operations. 6.Oversee key performance indicators for last-mile services, promptly identify and resolve any issues to enhance merchants' logistics experiences. 1.作为运营的负责人,通过仓库实际运营管理保障仓库的时效、质量及成本指标符合预期 2.通过与总部及国家区域各职能协同,落实总部对仓库的规范要求,对仓库优化改善,包含不限于人员、系统、流程、物料、设备、仓库布局等; 3.根据客户需求,制定、落实仓库运营保障方案 4.根据业务需求,制定海外仓搬仓、转仓、建新仓方案,跟踪实施至项目收尾; 5.监控海外仓(包括所属三方仓)的重大运营风险包含但不限于(侵权、防损、自然灾害,政治因素等),保障仓库的正常运作; 6. 能够兼顾监控尾程核心指标,及时发现问题,解决问题,提升商家物流体验;

Establishing and optimizing inventory control processes to ensure accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.建立并优化库存控制流程,确保库存数据准确、补货及时。 3. Designing and executing equipment issuance strategies to ensure all riders are properly equipped at the right time.制定并执行装备发放策略,确保所有骑手都能在合适时间配备所需装备。 4. Ensuring equipment quality and brand alignment through standardized procurement, inspection, and distribution processes.通过标准化的采购、检验和发放流程,确保装备质量和品牌一致性。 5. Working with city operations teams to forecast demand and coordinate local equipment distribution.与城市运营团队协作,预测装备需求并协调本地装备发放。 6. You’ll make an impact by • To support Head of Asset Management in the implementation and expanding the AM department by generating ideas, support and drive collaboration with key stakeholders and implement new processes. • To create and maintain the asset related information into the relevant systems timely and correctly, such as PBOC data, asset information data in local CMS system, asset information data in HQ system etc. • To evaluate new business opportunities and assign recommend appropriate IAC codes/ Collateral values/ Asset related information/ price checks by utilizing experience in the prioritized asset categories: TEC (Transportation, Energy and Construction), GM (General Equipment), MT (Machine Tools) and Healthcare equipment. • To build a firm knowledge of the equipment in the prioritized asset categories to support risk decisions. This is to be achieved through interaction with vendors, service providers, manufacturers, market research and knowledge sharing with colleagues across COF. • Proactive management of overdue accounts together with Work out and Collection department (asset valuation, identification, support physical repossessions). • Bring proactive, timely and comprehensive contribution to Work Out report preparation and update, with clear assessment of the asset collateral situation and value. • To monitor repossession process and warehouse partners through effective communication, visits, documentation, negotiation and engagement to ensure optimized channels of equipment disposal are maintained. • To advise, perform and/ or manage asset inspections, when necessary, due to new business or overdue accounts. • To communicate and inform Head of Asset Management China regarding asset related challenges, changes on the second user market and any potential high levels of risk on portfolio. • To comply with COF Asset Management policies, processes, guidelines and authorities.
1. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management and ensure that all rider assets (equipment,gear, etc.) are stocked and available. Raise requests for additional stock based on usage patterns and the forecastedrider count. 2. Asset Distribution: Manage the distribution of rider equipment to all riders and fleet partners in atimely and efficient manner.Ensure that riders on the ground are fully equipped with all necessary items, suchas helmets, bags, and uniforms, based on the specific needs and rider count. 3. Quality Control: Regularly inspect equipment for quality and ensure that it meets Keeta’s standards. 4. Stock Audits: Perform regular stock audits to ensure the accuracy of inventory records. Address discrepancies and manage returns, replacements, or repairs of damaged or faulty equipment. 5. Training and Support: Provide necessary support and guidance to local teams on inventory processes,ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
