Develop long and short term subsidy investment plans based on business objectives and coordinate subsidy strategies to ensure plan implementation; 2. Build an efficiency evaluation mechanism for customer acquisition, optimize resource allocation, and drive business strategy iteration; 3. Analyze user transaction behavior, gain insight into the impact of different subsidy tools/promotions on order growth, optimize subsidy allocation, and drive business strategy iteration; 4. Responsible for efficiency evaluation of various resource projects, monitor the potential of new tools, and identify opportunities for efficient investment; 5. Assist in the planning, execution, and documentation of strategic projects. Perform competitor analysis and monitor market trends to provide practical recommendations for company decision-making. Contribute to business model analysis and help optimize strategies for operational excellence in the local market.

1.Responsible for the upload and verification of all merchant information for the Keeta Brazil team, ensuring efficiency, completeness, and accuracy of data. 2.Build and manage a Keeta Brazil merchant onboarding team with strong local capabilities, and continuously improve team productivity. 3.Establish comprehensive internal and external collaboration workflows and supervision mechanisms, iterating processes to ensure the team serves the business accurately and efficiently. 4.Monitor and report on key onboarding metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience. 5.Collaborate closely with sales, compliance, and product teams to streamline onboarding operations and address merchant needs. 6.Develop training materials and conduct onboarding training for new staff and merchants as needed.
1、Be responsible for daily tax compliance work for Keeta Brazil legal entity; 2、Supervise local tax invoicing arrangement, including set up and upgrade e-tax invoice system, make sure the VAT/ISS/ICMS invoice are properly and correctly issued; 3、Provide feasible tax treatments for local business models and suggest tax optimization planning ideas; 4、Be responsible for all the tax compliance issues of Brazil entity, including but not limited to, income tax, indirect tax, withholding tax and payroll tax; 5、Advise on international tax issues for cross-boarder transactions with Brazil entity; 6、Manage local transfer pricing documentation in Brazil and follow Global Transfer Pricing Policy issued by the headquarter; 7、Coordinate with internal team members and external tax agents to ensure full compliance of local business operations from Brazil tax perspective; 8、Build up and maintain good relationship with all levels of Brazil tax bureaus and deal with any tax audit and tax dispute.
