1. Partner Evaluation: Participate in partner layer management by evaluating partners based on business metrics (e.g., on-time rate, cancellation rate) to identify top-performing and underperforming partners. 2. Underperforming Partner Management: Analyze operational data to identify issues with underperforming partners, drive improvements through actions such as warnging or termination, ensure compliance with performance standards, and regularly monitor results to ensure the effectiveness of strategies.

Love your job.As a Texas Instruments' Operations Analyst, you will apply the skills gained through your college experiences while also gaining valuable business and technical skills. Operations opportunities are available across the spectrum of business and operations functions including pricing, supply/demand, customer operations, procurement or logistics. Your role may be in one or more of these areas:• Supply/Demand Analyst: Monitoring product support at key manufacturing sites; performing supply and demand analysis; analyzing supply strategy and factory optimization; and making improvements in reporting through the use of automation. Optimizing efficiencies in business planning, supply chain, strategic factory processes, inventory management and customer support. • Customer Operations: Increase customer satisfaction by identifying weaknesses in customers' supply chain and implementing optimal supply chain solutions for each site/program/device. Learn customer's end business markets and utilize this knowledge to assist business forecasting and anticipating disruptions. • Procurement: Learning and leading sourcing activities including qualifying bidders, conducting bid discussions, analyzing bid results, and awarding opportunities to key suppliers through the use of standardized process tools. Identifying, defining processes for, and deploying new systems capabilities to WPL logistics and procurement team members. Developing and implementing global sourcing strategies, leading bids and negotiating with global suppliers, implementing and sustaining cost reduction initiatives. • Pricing: Executing pricing and developing quoting strategies for assigned areas of responsibility which enable sales to achieve revenue and share growth while maximizing TI profit. • Logistics: Improving inbound/outbound transportation flows, along with optimizing the network of finished goods between factories and TI product distribution centers, and managing delivery of TI products directly to customers. Able to quickly enhance the team's business capabilities and achieve team goals. 2.City Operations and Management: Oversee operations in multiple cities, using scientific analysis methods to collect information, formulate and implement operational strategies, and be accountable for city performance. Continuously improve new signings and operational plans. 3.Comprehensive Perspective: Possess an end-to-end perspective, quickly identifying core frontline issues (BD pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points), providing timely feedback and communicating with headquarters, integrating resources, and expanding business at low cost. 4.International Team Management: Capable of managing teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establishing scientific talent development mechanisms at all levels, and cultivating international business talent. 5.Experience Summary and SOP Development: Organize work experience, extract methodologies, develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), and build end-to-end processes for overseas business. 6.Ensuring Results: Utilize project management to develop detailed execution plans and supervision mechanisms, strictly control each stage, use data-driven and scientific analysis methods for dynamic adjustments, and ensure expected outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities - Design and implement a comprehensive risk management framework, encompassing risk identification, proactive prevention measures, real-time crisis response, stakeholder communication, and post-incident review. - Establish and monitor key risk indicators and metrics to regularly assess risk exposure and support informed operational decision-making. - Support the delivery operations team in evaluating the risk implications of strategic initiatives and provide actionable recommendations to balance risk mitigation with business objectives. - Partner with internal teams to strengthen relationships with couriers, fostering trust and alignment to reduce operational risks and enhance workforce stability proactively. - Collaborate with the corporate external affairs team to align on risk-related strategic planning, government engagement, and cross-functional crisis preparedness.
• Lead a team of 10 Vendor Consultants, prioritizing strategic initiatives and provide escalation support as needed. • Success will be measured by the performance of your internal teams on input metrics and impact of vendors on creating a great customer experience. • Identify, action and/or provide advice on how to improve business input metrics that drive growth and improve end customer experience, in collaboration with other Amazon programs and teams. • Manage end to end goal setting for team to align with organizational goals. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio; proactively build joint business plan action items and act as a point of escalation for outstanding issues, questions, and concerns. • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understand business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing business environment. Contributes to and leads strategic plans and documents for the organization. • Leads recruiting and hiring efforts across direct team and broader organization. • Manage stakeholders needs and monitor complexity through efficient resource allocation of Vendor Consultants. • Monitor stakeholder’s satisfaction survey results to analyze both positive and negative feedback trends.
