任职要求
1.大学本科及以上学历,具备用领域的专业知识和技能。
2.三年以上大客户销售/销售运营/解决方案经验,英语可作为工作语音,葡萄牙语流利优先考虑。
3.具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神,能够有效协调内外部资源,解决问题并达成目标。
1.Bachelor degree or above, with professional knowledge and skills in the field of use.
2.More than three years of experience in key account sales/sales operation/solution, English can be used as working voice, fluent in Portuguese is preferred.
3.Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to effectively coordinate internal and external resources, solve problems and achieve goals.
具备以下条件优先
1.有过大客户销售/解决方案/市场营销经验优先。
2.葡萄牙语、英语流利优先。
3.有过巴西工作经验者优先。
The following are preferred:
1.Previous experience in Key Account Sales/Solutions/Marketing is preferred.

工作职责
1.负责巴西国际连锁品牌的解决方案设计和落地执行,深入了解品牌的生意模式,通过数据分析与方案设计确保客户需求得到满足。 2.协同大客户销售团队与品牌进行沟通,挖掘客户需求,推动品牌与平台市场营销、用户运营、配送履约、科技赋能等全方位的深度合作,为所负责品牌的增长、竞争、盈亏、体验负责。 3.负责跟进重点项目进展,确保项目按时高质量完成。 4.协调内部各部门资源,推动解决方案的优化和升级,提升客户体验。 1.Responsible for the solution design and implementation of Brazilian international chain brands, in-depth understanding of the brand's business model, through data analysis and solution design to ensure that customer needs are met. 2.Collaborate with key account sales team to communicate with brands, explore customer needs, promote in-depth cooperation between brands and platform marketing, user operations, delivery fulfilment, technology empowerment, etc., and be responsible for the growth, competition, profit/loss, and experience of the brands in charge. 3.Responsible for following up the progress of key projects to ensure that the projects are completed on time and with high quality. 4.Coordinate internal resources of various departments to promote the optimisation and upgrading of solutions to enhance customer experience.

Conduct in-depth research on the development trends of the catering industry, identify business opportunities for chain brands on the takeaway platform through data analysis, and assist the senior account manager in influencing local chain customers. 2. Develop growth strategies and corresponding solutions for different categories of customers or scenarios, implement corporate strategies suitable for chain brands, and integrate, output, and replicate experiences. 3. Explore and lead the framework of joint business plans and other strategic cooperation models, work with the account manager to build deep cooperation models with key customers, and operate them. 4. Lead the team to establish common operational processes for chain customers and solve practical issues of major customers.

Responsible for the development and operation of regional chain brands, and responsible for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands; Implement the company's sales strategy and achieve the performance target; 2. Responsible for promoting in-depth cooperation between regional chain brands and platforms in brand marketing, promotional activities, user operations and other fields to enhance brand image; 3. In-depth understanding of brand business operations, and help brands to develop professional delivery solutions and landing; Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand; 4. Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as a bridge between brand and platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand distribution
1. Responsible for the merchant development and operation of the brands under jurisdiction, and for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands under jurisdiction. Implement the company's sales strategy and policy to achieve the performance target. 2. Responsible for promoting the in-depth cooperation between the chain brands under control and the platform in brand marketing, promotion activities, user operation and other fields to improve the brand image. 3. The institute covers the characteristics of brand industry, has an in-depth understanding of brand business operations, and helps brands to develop professional delivery solutions and implement them. Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand. 4. Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as the communication bridge between the brand and the platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand delivery service experience.
