Responsible for the design and operation of the entire process and link of rider service, and continuously improve the basic systems and product links of rider service workflow, implementation specifications and other basic systems and product links 2. Continuously improve rider service solutions, pay attention to rider experience, establish effective operation mechanisms, empower various business teams and improve their problem-solving capabilities 3. Insight, analysis, find out the pain points of riders, and work closely with the collaborative team to promote the problem to solve the problem from the source and reduce the occurrence of the problem 4. 1.Responsible for Keeta delivery dispatch scene optimization and operation，Including supply-demand matching, delivery area optimization, route planning, etc，optimize delivery efficiency and experience to promote order growth； 2.Able to actively use various analysis methods, combined with the understanding of the business, to propose creative business optimization solutions. Including strategy operation plans, product iteration ideas and business model optimization solutions； 3.Think about the existing dispatch strategy, monitor key indicators, and empower local operations; 1.负责 Keeta配送调度场景优化和运营工作，包括供需匹配、配送区域优化、路径规划等，优化配送效率及体验促进订单规模增长； 2.能够主动使用各种分析方法，结合对于业务的认知，提出创造性的业务优化方案，包括但不限于策略运营方案、产品迭代思路及业务模式优化方案； 3.对现有的调度策略进行思考，监控关键指标，赋能本地运营;

1.Lead merchant-side analysis for food delivery business, supporting frontline operations in business understanding, marketing campaigns, product experience optimization, merchant research, and strategy formulation to enhance operational efficiency. 2.Identify business needs and build scalable indicator systems for scenarios including performance analysis, business monitoring, and team management.
