Proven success leading $1M+ scale platform deals in collaboration with marketing teams. Core Skills Strategic insight: Ability to deeply understand marketing needs and convert them into actionable channel strategies. Data fluency: Experience using campaign data to inform platform optimization; basic data analysis skills required. Cross-cultural communication: Strong verbal and written communication in English. Arabic language is a plus. Nice to Have Familiarity with content marketing, performance advertising, or growth acquisition funnels. Strong industry network or direct relationships with platform decision-makers or key IP stakeholders.

About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Channel Partnerships Manager to lead high-impact collaborations with major digital platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and more. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Marketing team to translate business needs into executable platform strategies, secure strategic resources, and drive measurable growth outcomes. This role will act as the primary bridge between internal growth needs and external channel capabilities — leading negotiation, execution, and ongoing relationship management to maximize performance and impact. Key Responsibilities 1. Needs Analysis & Strategy Development Partner closely with the Marketing team to understand business goals in branding, user growth, and acquisition. Develop tailored platform collaboration strategies aligned with specific campaign or business objectives. Regularly review performance with marketing stakeholders to adjust negotiation focus and resource allocation. 2. Strategic Platform Negotiation Lead end-to-end negotiations with key platforms (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Meta) to secure resources such as traffic boosts, feature placements, and policy support. Craft win-win partnership models with clear KPIs (e.g., impressions, conversion rate, ROI) to ensure accountability and success. 3. Relationship Management & Execution Build and maintain long-term strategic relationships with platform partners. Stay updated on the latest platform policies, beta features, and promotional programs. Coordinate internally to ensure effective implementation of partnership terms and optimal use of resources. 4. Cross-functional Collaboration & Performance Tracking Collaborate across internal teams and external platforms to monitor key performance data (traffic, conversions, retention). Produce regular post-mortem reports and adjust channel priorities based on evolving marketing strategies. Ensure maximum return on platform collaborations through agile resource planning.
• Provide market insight/competitor analysis, external and internal data analysis to form channel partnership strategy • Co-operate with banks, financial, payment and other institutions and partners to enhance business services on providing payment, collection and other service to e-commerce and other merchants / platforms. • Provide necessary support to develop and execute channel partnerships strategy, including identifying and prioritizing potential partners, negotiating and closing partnership deals, managing the strategic partnership and driving the best products and services as well as revenue growth through partner networks. • Provide necessary support to maintain and relationship with the above-mentioned banks and financial institutes to i) provide the support for the sustainable business growth. ii) provide support when issues arise and come up with relevant solutions to resolve iii) monitor and track the service quality of the financial institutes, assess and clearly convey issues and tasks to relevant stakeholders to drive the overall better and better service quality and experiences. • Be familiar with the legal regulations, compliance and AML policies in all regions and markets, and get insights of the different markets and client groups. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute the partnership strategic development plan and get efficient and successful implementations. •Proactively act or follow up on outstanding work items to expedite implementations for new channels or existing channel enhancements.
