工作职责
1、协助用户研究团队,针对葡语市场用户进行调研,收集和整理用户需求、痛点与行为习惯。 1、Assist the user research team in conducting research on Portuguese-speaking market users, collecting and organizing user needs, pain points, and behavior habits. 2、负责葡语用户的访谈安排、沟通与支持,撰写调研纪要。 2、Responsible for arranging, communicating, and supporting interviews with Portuguese-speaking users, as well as drafting research summaries. 3、协助设计并执行用户问卷调查,整理和分析数据,输出用户洞察报告。 3、Assist in designing and executing user surveys, organizing and analyzing data, and producing user insight reports. 4、协助团队完成其他与葡语用户研究相关的支持性工作。 4、Assist the team in completing other support tasks related to Portuguese-speaking user research.
1.Support daily user lifecycle operations across acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation.2.Analyze user behavior data (order frequency, drop-off patterns, segment migration) and identify growth levers.3.Localize global campaigns based on user insights and cultural nuances.4.Assist in coupon strategy, promo design, and incentive budgeting to balance growth and ROI.5.Collaborate with product and CRM teams to optimize push, email, and in-app communication strategies.6.Design and manage A/B tests, reporting key metrics and learnings to stakeholders.7.Monitor competitor promotions and adjust user playbooks accordingly.
1. Develop different subsidy strategies based on the user lifecycle, build and iterate operational tools, and achieve business objectives. 2. Independently execute operational plans, conduct data analysis, and review and optimize experimental initiatives. 3. Collaborate with BA, PM, and R&D teams to coordinate resources and drive the implementation of operational strategies and product launches. 4. Monitor competitors and identify business growth opportunities through market research and data analysis.

In charge of the user growth strategy in Brazil, including attracting new users, triggering their engagement and conversion, retaining them and encouraging repeat purchases. 1. Responsible for setting and achieving user growth targets, formulating and executing user growth strategies to achieve continuous growth in user numbers and activity levels through product operations and user operations. 2. Responsible for analyzing user behavior data to understand user needs and behaviors, providing user data analysis dashboard to keep track of key metrics and identify user growth opportunities, and formulating corresponding user growth plans. 3. Responsible for optimizing product functions and user experience, improving user retention and conversion rates, and promoting user growth. 4. Leading growth experiments like channel acquisition, viral strategies, and subsidy plans, and fine-tuning the cost of acquiring customers (CAC) and the lifetime value (LTV) of users through AB testing. 5. Working with the product and algorithm teams to continually improve our growth tools and enhance the efficiency of organic user growth.
