1.Marketing Strategy Development: Centered around business objectives, comprehensively evaluate merchant operations and platform revenue, and develop merchant marketing strategies to leverage high-quality supply and subsidy resource investment from merchants, all while making rational use of resources.2.Marketing Innovation: Based on user needs and supply conditions, integrate internal and external traffic, subsidies, and marketing product tool capabilities to innovate marketing activity formats for different groups and scenarios.3.Marketing Project Management: Coordinate all aspects including market, product, and user operations to efficiently execute and review marketing activity plans, output benchmark cases and methodologies for reference, and empower the sales team. 1.营销策略制定:围绕业务目标,在合理利用资源的情况下综合评估商家经营和平台收益,制定商家营销策略,撬动商家优质供给和补贴资源投入;2.营销玩法创新:基于用户需求和供给情况,针对不同人群和场景,整合端内外流量、补贴等资源,以及营销产品工具能力,创新营销活动玩法;3.营销项目管理:全面协调市场、产品、用户运营等各环节,高效统筹营销活动方案落地和复盘,输出可借鉴的标杆案例和方法论,赋能销售团队;

1. 负责商家自营销指标运营相关的的策略产出和运营工作。Responsible for strategy development and operational execution related to merchant self-marketing performance metrics. 2. 了解行业内通用产品解决方法,洞察商家需求,推进商家营销工具的产出和持续的产品功能优化。Understand industry-standard product solutions, gain insights into merchant needs, and drive the development of merchant marketing tools along with continuous product feature optimization. 3. 建立日常运营机制,不断提升相关产品的使用量和使用效果。Establish daily operation mechanisms to continuously improve the usage and effectiveness of related products.
1.商家营销策略制定:基于平台整体经营目标,围绕用户转化、增长及商家收益等关键指标,设计可落地的商家侧营销活动策略; 2.价格力定价方案设计:综合考虑影响价格的关键要素,通过定价策略、补贴策略等多种手段,提升消费者的价格感知竞争力,同时保障商家经营的收益底线健康可持续; 3.数据驱动策略优化:结合用户行为数据、商家运营数据及活动效果指标,进行深入分析,定期评估策略执行效果,并持续优化调整; 4.跨部门协作与项目管理:与产品、销售运营等团队紧密协作,推动策略在各环节的有效执行,保障策略从制定到落地的闭环管理; 5.市场机会洞察:关注行业趋势与市场变化,分析市场玩家的价格与营销策略,识别业务风险与机会点,及时调整策略动向。 1.Design and execute merchant-facing promotional strategies based on the platform’s overall business goals, focusing on user conversion, order growth, and sustainable merchant profitability. 2.Support pricing and incentive strategy design by analyzing key cost and value drivers, ensuring competitive pricing perception for users while protecting merchant profit margins. 3.Analyze user behavior, merchant performance, and campaign effectiveness data to identify pain points and growth opportunities, and continuously optimize strategic actions. 4.Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, Pricing, and Operations to ensure alignment and flawless execution of partner strategies. 5.Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify risks and opportunities, and provide timely strategic adjustments based on these insights.
