1.As the head of operations, ensure warehouse efficiency, quality, and cost metrics meet expectations by effectively managing daily operations. 2.Collaborate with headquarters and regional functions to implement headquarters' standards for the warehouse, optimizing and improving areas such as staffing, systems, processes, materials, equipment, and layout. 3. R&D Operations Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive R&D operations strategies, plans, and processes that align with the company's overall business objectives in the automotive sector. - Forecast resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, and budget, for R&D projects based on product development roadmaps and market demands. - Create and manage the annual R&D operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and cost control throughout the department. 2. Operation Project Management and Coordination - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple operation projects simultaneously. Define project scopes, set milestones, and establish timelines to ensure on-time completion. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, purchase, admin, HR, finance to ensure strong support to R&D activities with other business functions. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely information flow. 3. HR Management - Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training and career development programs tailored to the needs of the R&D team. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the R&D department, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and technologies. - Resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment. 4. Financial Management - Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the R&D budget. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that all spending aligns with budgetary constraints and financial targets. - Analyze financial data related to R&D projects, such as cost overruns, return on investment, and cost-benefit ratios. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making. - Participate in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts for the R&D department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 5. Supplier Management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers of R&D materials, equipment, and services. Collaborate with the procurement department to develop supplier strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance. - Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and innovation capabilities. Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and expectations. - Identify potential suppliers and new sourcing opportunities to support R&D projects. Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance through supplier development initiatives. 6. Resource Management - Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support R&D projects effectively. Ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimize waste. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to acquire necessary materials, equipment, and services in a timely manner. - Manage the maintenance and upgrade of R&D facilities and equipment to ensure they meet the requirements of current and future projects. 7. Facilities Management - Oversee the planning, design, and construction of R&D facilities, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary infrastructure and technology to support research and development activities. - Manage the day-to-day operations of R&D facilities, including maintenance, security, and environmental management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Plan for future facility expansion and upgrades based on the growth and needs of the R&D department.

• Develop and implement Automation Maintenance vision, policies, processes, procedures, maintenance standards and maintenance strategy • Responsible for setting up the automation maintenance team. • Manage an onsite team of maintenance engineers & technicians to provide 24/7 support. • Develop a Planned Preventative Maintenance (PM) schedule, ensure the scheduled preventative maintenance is carried out. • Develop Corrective Maintenance (CM) procedure and process, and ensure it is followed, and adapted as required. • Manage the team to analyze issues, find root causes, propose solutions, and implement them. • Set department objectives/KPIs and assess ongoing performance of direct reports. • Manage Automation Maintenance department headcount. • Establish a planned maintenance system to including reports to track maintenance activity, identify recurring faults, spare part inventory and spending. • Identify and implement an ongoing programmed of improvements to increase availability, increase productivity and reflect changing business needs. • Gather Automation Maintenance data, analyze data, generate reports and make presentations to update the management team and stake holders, on Automation Maintenance issues, status, potential implications, risks, recommend improvements. • Work collaboratively, negotiate and engage with key stakeholders to align with the maintenance strategy. • Work with HSSE and operations, to ensure the maintenance work is carried out safely, for the Maintenance Team, and for other Staff. • Develop a network of contractors and suppliers able to support our business 24/7. • Prepare the annual Maintenance budget. • Oversee management of inventory system and develop critical spare parts list. • Ensure the efficient and effective use of maintenance budget, to ensure adequate spare parts inventory, taking into account, local regional availability of stocks, delivery times, visits on site and Planed PM and CM requirements. • Manage the process of disposal of obsolete parts, plant and equipment. • Support any after-hours operational needs and activities as required • Supports new equipment installation, test & commissioning of equipment and taking over of new equipment from supplier according to contractual requirement with quality and within schedule. • Other assigned tasks as requested. • Execute facility program and planning in all Lazada Logistics facilities, such as Preventive Program Maintenance, Corrective Maintenance, facility service checklist implementation (maintenance, cleaning, pest control, and disinfectant)

Job position: Operations Supervisor Job Responsibility: • Participate in the daily operations to ensure manpower resource, system and equipment functioning effectively and efficiently • Manage the operations on reported shift under day-to-day basis to ensure overall operation run smoothly, efficiently and conform to safety and security requirements • Perform regular warehouse patrol including but not limited to warehouse situation, cargo handling, aviation security screening, ULD build-up quality, truck performance and all relevant processes • Regularly review the operation procedure and manuals and assist in developing and conducting training programs for staff and contractors • Ensure all areas of operations on reported shift under day-to-day basis are conformed with the regulatory requirements and customers’ SOW/SLA with consistent and quality manner • Liaise with Customer & upstream warehouse on shipment status and reply enquiry • Report incidents or irregularities on any aspects to Duty Manager and assist in conducting the investigation • Lead and empower service provider’s staff to perform overall daily operations • Liaise with upstream Logistics Centre on cross border truck arrangement and Air Cargo Terminal & Airline for cargo and document delivery • To be conversant with the company's emergency and accident procedures, assist Duty Manager to take the lead during the activation of the plan • Ensures effective communications with internal and/or external co-workers and functional stakeholders in related to daily operational matters. • Conduct IT system and digital application operation (e.g. in house WMS, external system) and provide insights for system functionality enhancement to achieve higher operating efficiency • Maintain the discipline and workplace safety, security, tidiness, cleanliness
