1. Business risk monitoring and early warning treatment: Establish a complete business risk identification and early warning mechanism, refine business risk classification and grading standards, and quickly identify potential risks. 2. Construction and maintenance of business risk monitoring platform: It can make business risk monitoring tools cover a variety of channels (including social media, mainstream news websites, search engines, etc.), ensure the real-time and stability of the system, and design an efficient data collection and analysis mechanism 3. Business risk data analysis and decision support: Design a new in-depth business risk analysis system and regularly output business risk monitoring results 4. Collaborate with cross-departmental: work closely with market, public relations, legal affairs and business departments to ensure that the results of business risk monitoring are promptly transmitted and transformed into action plans

Ant International is looking for a Business & Product Operations, Manager to drive the adoption and growth of, Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product which spans across Southeast Asia with focus in Malaysia Market. As part of the Regional Team, you will be the key personnel to ensure the smooth-running operations of our lending business supporting across leading E-commerce platforms responsible for all internal and external stakeholder management. You are a goal-getter, a people person and a desired team player for the regional and local country teams and a hands-on project manager to manage projects efficiently and implement the product roadmap and plans. • Manage the entire chain of business operations from product development plans, campaign management, marketing and partnership collaboration with internal stakeholders with cross function teams such as product, technology, legal, finance, compliance, marketing, credit risk and customer service within E-commerce platforms. • Work with our internal and external partners to drive the adoption and growth of BNPL in-country with good understanding of the fintech/ lending scenes in the markets. • Contribute and influence the product roadmap together with our product development and technology team to improve overall user experience, develop product features and product operational tools to improve the overall product user conversions and experience. • A data expert with the ability to analyse and report key business metrics that will have a strong influence on business decisions. • Deep understanding of marketing conversation funnel and user behaviour metrics with the ability to analyse current user retention, traffic to create meaningful and impactful campaigns to educate and drive adoption for BNPL usage. • To plan and execute marketing campaigns and projects with relevant cross-function domains to increase overall reach and visibility of BNPL. • Role also entails day to day operation managements from internal, external stakeholder alignment and communications with partners, promotion campaigns management, UAT, product roadmap planning, reporting and budget management.

Lead the planning and design of risk and security products, collaborate with teams in international business, risk policy, and risk operations to enhance risk control and security capabilities. 3. Analyze and optimize mechanisms from a risk control perspective for Ant International's customer experience, merchant services, and security operations, providing sound security and business advice.
1. As the leader of the KYC team, Manage KYC operations based on MAS regulated bank compliance policies and KYC regulatory requirements. 2. Support the business to conduct customer check (KYC/CDD) analysis for new business or initiative. 3. Lead the planning and establishment of KYC capabilities including CDD, PEP, Sanctions, Adverse news review and due diligence capabilities for financing business. 4. Establish and improve KYC product capabilities, including on-boarding system, periodic review system, screening system. 5. Work closely with AML Compliance Officers (AMLOs) and Risk Officers to understand the regulatory requirements, status of system capability in relevant entities, identify the gaps if any, and propose the requests for system building or enhancement to relevant teams. 6. Collaborate with middle office and technology team to raise the system requests and to convert the business requirement into product requirement. Implement changes in processes or workflows and drive optimization. 7. Support the Risk and AML operation and link up with the business in case of any escalation.
