工作职责
1.目标管理:合理的规划和分解目标,并带领团队完成业绩目标; 2.过程管理:销售日常数据分析行为管控,夯实销售过程; 3.培训管理:不定期展开团队销售技巧培训,产品知识,情景演练等,快速提升销售水平; 4.团队建设:营造积极向上的竞争环境,适度展开团建,保持团队稳定性。
1.通过人员招聘、带教培养、搭建人才梯队、策略制定与执行、资源分配等打造高绩效的销售团队; 2.带领团队开拓和维护客户,结合公司资源、协同各部门为客户提升影响力和品牌价值,保证客户在平台上稳定且良好的成长; 3.洞察客户的市场状况,对客户的经营数据进行分析并提供培训服务,为客户提供平台的解决方案; 4.把控策划方案的质量,协调各部门资源,支持销售保障项目实施,实现项目预期目标。
Responsible for building and managing city teams from the ground up in the Dubai food delivery market, quickly enhancing team business capabilities to achieve team goals. Accountable for business development and operational results in individual cities, using scientific analysis methods to gather information, formulate, and execute operational strategies, continuously improve new onboarding and operational plans. Maintain an end-to-end perspective, quickly identify core frontline issues (BD pain points, merchant pain points, user pain points), promptly communicate feedback to headquarters, integrate resources, and expand business efficiently at low costs. Ability to manage teams with diverse cultural backgrounds, establish scientific training mechanisms from BD to BDM, and cultivate international business talents. Systematize work experiences, extract methodologies, create standard operating procedures (SOP), and establish end-to-end international business processes. Develop detailed execution plans and monitoring mechanisms, control each aspect of operations, and dynamically adjust strategies based on data to ensure expected outcomes.
1、结合公司战略规划,通过目标拆解与过程跟踪、策略制定及流程制度优化,带领BD团队完成地区新签、GMV及市场占有率任务目标; 2、整合商圈、地区与公司资源,如相关部门、达人等,推动整体营销解决方案输出; 3、定期拜访头部客户,建立并维护良好客情关系,帮助团队达成头部户活跃度及业绩目标; 4、及时反馈有关市场及行业情况,为调研分析和业务决策等提供信息和数据支持; 5、组建高质量的BD团队,对团队梯队搭建、人才培养、人员管理负责。
