The ideal candidate will be adept at working with data systems, visualizing information, and collaborating across business functions. Responsibilities: 1. Analyse business performance through dashboards, reports, and ad hoc data queries. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical requirements. 3. 1. Training Development: · Analyze data skill gaps of the business analysts, product growth staff, and CRM operation staff in the Regional Marketing team based on company strategy and departmental needs. · Design and implement customized data training programs, including onboarding and professional skill enhancement. · Develop data training courses, streamline internal processes and products, and enhance team capabilities by incorporating industry characteristics and data operation scenarios. · Organize global online and offline data training events, track training effectiveness, and optimize for continuous improvement to ensure successful implementation of training outcomes. · Establish a departmental knowledge management system to facilitate experience accumulation and sharing. 2. Global Operations Data Knowledge Base Management: · Develop and implement the framework for the knowledge base on data operations. · Coordinate with internal and cross-team members to integrate and manage content projects. · Maintain and operate the knowledge base to ensure its relevance and accessibility. 3. Data Access Management: · Formulate guidelines for data access management for the Global Operations team. · Collaborate with various business units to manage data products and permissions. · Ensure compliance with data access protocols and facilitate smooth data operations. 4. Project Management: · Participate in and understand the full-cycle management of key projects within the Global Business Analyst team, such as data operations and cross-departmental collaboration projects. · Coordinate and drive efficient collaboration within the team and across teams to ensure timely and high-quality achievement of objectives. · Identify risks and issues during project execution, optimize project management processes and tools, and promote standardized management. 5. Communication and Meeting Management: · Organize and manage regular communication meetings within the global and regional BA team to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and project updates. · Facilitate effective communication between team members and other stakeholders to enhance collaboration and information sharing. · Prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure accountability and progress tracking.
• 3+ years of experiences in a data science role - preferably in the digital advertising industry, as a data scientist, consultant or business analytics professional. • Programming skills in Python and SQL, comfortable with advanced analytics tools such as R, Spark, and Tableau • Experience with in-person client interactions, specifically senior-level executives, and knowledge to also work with business intelligence and data science experts • Ability to communicate and distill information from large data sets and results into simple concepts and actionable insights for a variety of audiences, such as business and leadership teams, to influence sales and marketing strategy • Deep knowledge of advanced analytical techniques and statistical methods, including regression, classification, clustering, etc. • A strong passion for business intelligence and analytics with the ability to work closely with the business teams, understand business requirements, and manage complex projects related to data-driven initiatives

In this role, you will be responsible for designing, testing, and implementing strategies to improve the usability, functionality, and performance of Alibaba Cloud's international website, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of initiatives. Website Redesign & Optimization: ● Lead the redesign and continuous improvement of Alibaba Cloud's international website, ensuring it aligns with global brand standards and user expectations. ● Identify pain points and opportunities via competitive analysis, user research and operational data analysis, and propose optimization strategies (e.g., navigation redesign, form simplification, search experience improvements). ● Design and execute A/B tests to validate feature improvements (e.g., conversion rate increase, bounce rate reduction). 2. Stay informed on market trends and competitive insights and actively collaborate and share knowledge within the Data & AI technical community. • Experience in Azure architecture design, Azure IaaS, Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, High Availability, service resilience and distributed systems. • Experience as a Database Administrator, data platform design, SQL Server at scale, on-premises to Azure migrations, complex SQL Server troubleshooting, performance tuning and optimization, scaling OLTP and OLAP workloads, and securing SQL Server on-premises or in Azure • Experience with High Availability/Disaster Recovery solutions such as Failover Clustering, Database Mirroring, Always-On Availability Groups, and Replication • Use trace analysis, debug skills, source code, and other proprietary tools, to analyse problems and develop solutions to meet customer needs; this may involve writing code • Consultative experience along with presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences • Learns to identify and communicate areas in intellectual property (IP) that need refreshing or have gaps.
