1. Industry Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in 3PL or merchant operations within the food delivery/local services platform industry. Preference for candidates familiar with the Brazilian market and the full lifecycle management of 3PLs from "onboarding - growth - retention."
2. Data Analysis
Proficient in Data analysis, SQL skills preferred. Ability to extract insights from data.
3. Project Management
Preference for candidates who have led projects such as "3PL experience optimization" or "3PL training system development." Capable of cross-departmental collaboration (product, operations, customer service) to drive project implementation.
4. Communication Skills
Excellent communication and empathy skills. Ability to independently conduct training sessions for 3PLs as a lecturer.
5. Languages
Fluent in English and Portuguese(Native level).
工作职责
1. 3PL Training System Development: Participate in designing the 3PL growth path, identify opportunities for capacity improvement among 3PLs at different lifecycle stages, and develop training courses for new 3PLs (e.g., platform operations, marketing tool usage, order management) to promote merchant growth and capability enhancement. 2. End-to-End 3PL Experience Management Establish a NPS monitoring system, conduct quarterly surveys and monthly interviews (covering ≥30% of active merchants) to identify core pain points in 3PLs' operations, and drive relevant departments to adjust strategies for optimizing the 3PL experience. Create a 3PL honor system to enhance their satisfaction through award ceremonies, online exposure, etc., thereby improving the platform's reputation.
Responsibilities: 1. Planning and execution of the match day tournament flow and coordinate with all departments to ensure the smoothness of the event. 2. Be responsible for the testing and management of the tournament device throughout the season to ensure the requirement of tournaments and sponsors for devices are well accommodated. 3. Be responsible for the standard formulation and training of referees by coordinating with vendor. 4. Be responsible for the formulation of the SOPs for on-ground operation for learning and improvement. 5. Be responsible for the formulation, revision and enhancement of the tournament rulebook based on the requirement of the product, teams, players, and related stakeholders. 6. Be responsible for the formulation of esports calendar and tournament match-ups and coordinate with stakeholders from both internal and external to deconflict. 7. Be responsible for the formulation, revision and enhancement of the tournament format and bracket. 8. Execution of the roster lock throughout the season, including submission collection, application review, and data collection. Ensure all registrations, transfers, changes of rosters follow the league's requirement. 9. Execution of the prize pool setting, calculation and distribution for MPL MY and MAL MY. 10. Be responsible for the planning and hosting of the manager meeting with MPL and MAL teams throughout the season. 11. Be responsible for handling the request between teams and the league. Ensure the requests are precisely delivered and end results are well achieved from both ends. 12. Be responsible for the planning and execution of the teams' hospitality throughout the season. 13. Be responsible for the monitoring, collection and analysis of related news and information's about gaming and esports in the Malaysia market. 14. Be responsible for the planning and execution for the teams' performance enhancement, including but not limited to data service, new players scouting, players training, and coach training, etc. 15. Be responsible for the management of all female MLBB teams within the Malaysia market together with the official female esports partner. 16. Be responsible for the oversight of player management, to plan and lead player management related matters including but not limited to players education and development. 17. Participating in and supporting the league in preparation for Franchising
• A proven track record of implementing, delivering large projects and communicating effectively at executive level • Manage a portfolio of critical security offerings and services that are internal and external facing • Excellent program and project management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Effective prioritization of tasks, and seamless operation across organizational boundaries • Building and deploying training programs for all users in the Greater China Region • Brief customers on AWS CIRT and AWS Security Incident Response service • Continuously prioritize risk for service teams, security teams, and executive leadership • Collaborate with business/service teams to understand and confirm security assessment scope and controls design
1. R&D Operations Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement comprehensive R&D operations strategies, plans, and processes that align with the company's overall business objectives in the automotive sector. - Forecast resource requirements, including personnel, equipment, and budget, for R&D projects based on product development roadmaps and market demands. - Create and manage the annual R&D operations budget, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and cost control throughout the department. 2. Operation Project Management and Coordination - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple operation projects simultaneously. Define project scopes, set milestones, and establish timelines to ensure on-time completion. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, purchase, admin, HR, finance to ensure strong support to R&D activities with other business functions. - Facilitate communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and external partners, ensuring clear and timely information flow. 3. HR Management - Collaborate with HR to develop and implement training and career development programs tailored to the needs of the R&D team. - Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the R&D department, encouraging team members to explore new ideas and technologies. - Resolve conflicts and manage team dynamics effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment. 4. Financial Management - Work closely with the finance department to develop and manage the R&D budget. Monitor and control expenses, ensuring that all spending aligns with budgetary constraints and financial targets. - Analyze financial data related to R&D projects, such as cost overruns, return on investment, and cost-benefit ratios. Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making. - Participate in the preparation of financial reports and forecasts for the R&D department, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 5. Supplier Management - Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers of R&D materials, equipment, and services. Collaborate with the procurement department to develop supplier strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier performance. - Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, delivery, and innovation capabilities. Conduct regular supplier audits and performance reviews to ensure compliance with company standards and expectations. - Identify potential suppliers and new sourcing opportunities to support R&D projects. Drive continuous improvement in supplier performance through supplier development initiatives. 6. Resource Management - Allocate and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support R&D projects effectively. Ensure optimal utilization of resources and minimize waste. - Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to acquire necessary materials, equipment, and services in a timely manner. - Manage the maintenance and upgrade of R&D facilities and equipment to ensure they meet the requirements of current and future projects. 7. Facilities Management - Oversee the planning, design, and construction of R&D facilities, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary infrastructure and technology to support research and development activities. - Manage the day-to-day operations of R&D facilities, including maintenance, security, and environmental management. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. - Plan for future facility expansion and upgrades based on the growth and needs of the R&D department.
