任职要求
1. 本科以上学历,三到五年以上营销设计/创意设计经验2. 优秀的视觉表现力和品牌思维3. 能分析总结活动数据,懂产品、懂用户4. 熟练使用扁平/3D/手绘等多种设计手法,熟练掌握相关软件5. 英语听说读写能力强,沟通能力优异,可满足国际化项目沟通需求6. 具备服装/工业/配件/出行产品设计经验,有品牌周边设计及物流、运动户外、外卖平台装备项目经验7. 有线下设计与素材投放经验者加分 (负责美团Keeta在海外各渠道投放广告的设计,包括品牌广告、效果广告的创意与执行。与Keeta Marketing、Performance Marketing部门对接协作。
创意设计能力强,执行效率高,能根据投放效果数据敏捷优化设计。 AIGC设计能力强,可以深度使用MJ、SD等设计提效工具。 具备短视频剪辑制作能力更佳。)
1. Majored in visual design or related in university, 3 years of brand creative design experience;
2. Excellent visual expressiveness and brand thinking;
3. Abilities of analyzing and summarizing product/activity data;
4. Capable of using various design techniques such as animation, 3D, and hand drawing to extend brand and IP image, proficient in using relevant software;
5. Excellent English communication and coordination skills.

工作职责
1. 负责Keeta的营销&传播设计及日常运营设计2. 把握品牌调性,参与营销活动前期创意,负责整体视觉风格设定与创意设计3. 把控品牌调性在各用户接触场景的延续与拓展,高质量落地并跟踪设计效果4. 基于IP形象,产出传播插图与周边衍生品设计。 1. Responsible for the marketing & communication design, operation design of Keeta; 2. Based on the understanding of the brand tone, participate in the pre-creative of marketing activities, and be responsible for visual style setting and creative design of the marketing campaign. 3. Control the consistency and expansion of the brand tone in various user touchpoints, pay attention to the high-quality landing of creativity; 4. According to the image of brand mascot, produce illustrations and offline gifts design.

Responsible for crafting creative marketing copy for the local market, including but not limited to social media posts, advertising copy, campaign content, and video scripts. 2. Develop creative content that aligns with brand tone and marketing objectives while catering to local user preferences. Localized Content Optimization 1. Translate core brand messages into creative expressions that fit the local cultural context and language nuances. 2. Continuously optimize copy effectiveness by incorporating local trends, popular expressions, and user habits. Cross-Platform Content Planning 1. Develop differentiated copy strategies tailored to the characteristics of various platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp). 2. Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for communication strategies. Data Analysis & Optimization 1. Track copy performance and continuously refine strategies through data analysis. 2. Regularly produce performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
视频内容策划 1. 根据品牌调性与营销目标,策划符合当地市场偏好的视频创意方案(包括短视频、广告片、直播内容等)。 2. 结合本地文化、热点趋势及平台特性(如TikTok、Instagram Reels、YouTube),设计高互动性视频脚本。 视频制作与剪辑 1. 协同团队完成视频拍摄、剪辑及后期制作(涵盖创意剪辑、特效、字幕、音效等)。 2. 确保视频内容质量高、节奏感强,并符合品牌视觉规范。 本地化创意落地 1. 针对当地用户偏好,优化视频语言风格、视觉元素及叙事方式,提升内容共鸣度。 2. 参与本地化创意脑暴,提出创新性视频传播形式(如挑战赛、UGC互动等)。 数据分析与优化 1. 监测视频内容表现(如完播率、互动率、转化率等),基于数据反馈持续优化创意策略。 Video Content Planning 1. Develop creative video concepts aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives, tailored to local market preferences (including short videos, commercials, livestream content, etc.). 2. Design highly engaging video scripts that incorporate local culture, trending topics, and platform characteristics (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube). Video Production & Editing 1. Collaborate with the team to execute video shooting, editing, and post-production (including creative editing, visual effects, subtitles, and sound design). 2. Ensure video content is high-quality, rhythmically engaging, and aligned with brand visual guidelines. Localized Creative Execution 1. Optimize video language style, visual elements, and storytelling techniques based on local user preferences to enhance resonance and relatability. 2. Participate in localized creative brainstorming and propose innovative video formats (e.g., challenges, UGC interactions). Data Analysis & Optimization 1. Monitor video performance metrics (e.g., completion rate, engagement rate, conversion rate), and continuously refine creative strategies based on data-driven insights.

Develop and execute creative strategies for various advertising channels, including social media ads, native ads, and search ads, to improve CTR, CVR, and ROI. 2. Create high-conversion ad creatives—such as short videos, image-text formats, interactive ads, and H5 pages—based on user psychology, industry trends, and market hot topics. 3. Analyze successful cases in-depth and research creative trends across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Google, TikTok) to continuously optimize ad content. 4. Participate in A/B testing, analyze creative performance data, and optimize key elements such as copywriting, visuals, and video editing based on feedback. 5. Collaborate with design, media buying, and data analytics teams to drive creative testing and iteration, and craft tailored creative strategies for different user segments. 6. Research and apply AI-generated content (AIGC) tools to enhance creative production efficiency and explore new forms of advertising expression. 7. Stay up to date with global creative trends and develop globally aligned creative strategies in response to business needs.
1. Develop and execute a creative social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.) aligned with Keeta’s brand objectives and tone of voice. 2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content (static, video, stories, and reels) tailored for different audiences. 3. Plan and oversee the social media content calendar to ensure timely and consistent publishing. 4. Monitor, track, and analyze performance metrics to improve engagement and reach. 5. Collaborate with marketing, design, and operations teams to support campaigns, promotions, and product launches. 6. Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and proactively build a loyal following. 7. Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging social media tools. 8. Manage external agencies when needed.
