工作职责
Diagnose and resolve supply-demand imbalances, identify key strategies, validate effectiveness with cross-functional teams, and scale solutions across cities.负责供需失衡场景的问题诊断与拆解,识别可影响的关键策略,联动商分、产研等团队验证策略有效性,并跟进在更多城市的规模复用 Collaborate on cost-effective localized campaign designs, build global efficiency metrics, monitor configurations, and identify underperforming cities.协同产品设计钱效更高且符合各城市运营情况的新活动形式,建设适用于各国的活动效率评价体系,监控各国/城活动配置效率,并定位问题城市提供 Develop systematic surge-order capabilities for merchants/regions, establish quality evaluation frameworks, and optimize experience with minimal scale loss.构建商家及区域维度的系统爆单能力,建设适用于各国的爆单质量评价体系,在最小化规模损失的前提下保障体验最优 Build rider scheduling tools with platform monitoring, design shift strategies for peak hours, and ensure stable delivery performance under timeliness constraints.建设骑手排班可选、平台可监控的产品能力,设计有效排班策略并协同前线落地,对分时段(尤其是压力时段)的体验稳定性负责,以骑手时效指标为约束条件。
1. 供需分析与专题研究,完善数据基建,建立深度分析能力,输出供需预测、异动归因、专题分析等。 2. 供需压力场景应对与策略优化,针对特殊场景下的爆单问题,系统化设计智能调控方案,并精细化调整策略内容,达到交易量和体验平衡。 3. 排班运营体系搭建,主导骑手排班系统建设,通过策略迭代和算法优化,合理规划运力分布,平衡骑手运力结构与用户体验。 4. 跨团队协同与策略推进,促进各方应对特殊场景进行策略优化,保障业务平稳运行。
1、负责keeta中东地区配送策略的迭代优化,包含配送区域优化、供需匹配、预期管理等方向,以提升配送效率与用户体验,从而推动订单增长。Responsible for iteratively optimizing delivery strategies for Keeta in the Middle East region, including areas such as delivery area optimization, supply-demand matching, and customer's expectation management. The goal is to enhance delivery efficiency and user experience, thereby driving order growth. 2、负责业务的运营数据分析,对核心业务指标进行日常监控和分析,围绕业务关键环节提出解决优化方案,并方案推动落地。Responsible for operational data analysis of the business, conducting daily monitoring and analysis of core business metrics, proposing optimization solutions for key business processes, and driving the implementation of these solutions. 3、评估现有配送策略、监控关键指标,为一线运营提供支持。Evaluate existing delivery strategies, monitor key performance indicators, and provide support for frontline operations. 4、其他日常运营工作,例如对国家侧需求和信息对接并推动解决、信息交互等。Address daily operational matters, such as country-specific requests and information coordination, and facilitate solutions.
以工具为载体,衔接业务需求与产品方案实现,并通过需求分析,推动功能优化,联动多团队提升经营效率。 1)工具产品设计:拆解运营流程,转化为工具功能需求,研究市场同类产品,设计贴合本地化业务适配的工具。 2)需求分析与落地:承接/主动挖掘补贴工具需求,协调技术团队落地工具开发,推动功能测试、上线与问题修复。 3)数据分析与迭代:分析工具使用数据,识别低效环节,输出迭代方案。 4)跨团队协作与工具保障:协同City-BP开展工具培训与问题反馈,配合产研团队保障工具稳定运行。

Demand Forecasting & Analysis Build regional and time-slot-based supply-demand forecasting models based on historical data and market trends Identify peak periods and potential supply gaps to proactively prepare supply plans 2. 骑手供给与排班管理 负责制定合理的骑手排班计划,实现供需高效匹配 管理日常排班库存,确保不同区域、时段的运力覆盖 2. Rider Supply & Shift Management Develop effective rider scheduling plans to ensure supply-demand alignment Manage daily shift inventory to guarantee adequate coverage across zones and time slots 3. 实时监控与运营优化 建立实时供需监控机制,识别供给不足或冗余区域 快速响应市场变化,动态调整区域配置与排班计划 调整履约半径、扩大服务边界,或临时压缩运营区域,保障核心区域履约 3. Real-Time Monitoring & Operational Adjustment Implement real-time dashboards to monitor live supply-demand balance React quickly to fluctuations by reassigning zones and shifts dynamically Dynamic resizing of delivery zones to protect service quality in core areas 4. 策略制定与流程优化 参与骑手上线规则、跨区域派单策略、库存释放机制等制度设计 优化骑手排班效率、上线率与履约率,提升整体运营表现 基于履约数据,推动 rider utilization、服务覆盖率的持续优化 4.
