Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Brand Positioning • Develop and execute integrated marketing communication plans aligned with business goals • Craft compelling narratives and communication strategies that reinforce brand equity • Oversee the creation and rollout of campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels • Collaborate with internal teams (product, operations, CRM, etc) to ensure messaging consistency Content & Creative Management • Lead the creative briefing process with internal and external creative agencies • Review and optimize key visuals, video content, and copy to ensure alignment with brand tone • Oversee content calendars across digital and offline channels (social, app, OOH, etc.) Media & Campaign Execution • Coordinate with media agencies on campaign strategy, execution, and performance tracking • Monitor media plans across all channels (digital, OOH, radio, and influencer collaborations) • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure campaign efficiency Performance & Reporting • Track KPIs, engagement, and brand sentiment across platforms • Provide campaign performance reports and insights to senior leadership • Recommend optimizations and A/B testing opportunities based on results
1.Develop and Implement Marketing Plans: Independently create and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness of Keeta grocery service. 2.Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges. 3.Collaboration: Maintain frequent communication with user growth team and central marketing team to align on strategies, share insights and gain win-win. 4.Partnership Development: Establish and nurture partnerships with local government, chambers of commerce, and community organizations. 5.Marcom Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing communications (marcom) campaigns to engage residents and visitors effectively. 6.Data Analysis: Collect and analyze marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make necessary adjustments.
The person will have a high degree of ownership, integrity, and accountability and will be collaborating with Creative, Brand, PR, Retail, Channel Digital and Legal teams to formulate content plans and clearances strategies for eCommerce deliverables. Your deep expertise in fostering and maintaining relationships across various partners will be essential for your success. Overall, you are a great teammate who knows how to react quickly to new information, opinions, and direction and strategically pivot when necessary. Last-minute changes to projects will leave you unfazed, and your experience will have primed you to navigate such changes with confidence and expertise. Key Responsibilities Include: - Vetting US or locally produced Marketing deliverables/ content to ensure appropriateness for use in the relevant eCommerce platforms in the Greater China Region. - Coordinating and planning appropriate Greater China specific content to replace Worldwide Marcom content that is not available or suitable for the region’s use. - Making content suggestions in response to content briefs specifically requiring localised content and working with relevant internal stakeholders including Developers Relations and Product Marketing to finalize the content choices. - Securing rights clearances with a diverse set of content partners based in Greater China, as well as some partners outside of the region. - Devising and developing content strategy and clearance standards. - Maintaining excellent relationships with partners and communicating with internal teams to understand what the deliverables are, and how the content will be used in each piece, in order to negotiate appropriate usage rights.
Job Description: 1. New Offer Launch cross regions. Work closely with Global marekting team, Project team, Product Owner and cross hub commercial transformation team, to Define, Structure, Prepare, Deploy and Follow for given key strategic new offer launch, both internally & externally. a) Understand the MoMA offer portolio b) Define launch strategy (offer positioning 4P, target market, commercial policy, forecast, ramp-up and offer withdrawal etc); c) Define launch storyline and refine key message to communicate; d) Map and formalize launch action plans (when?/to whom?/in which way?/say what?), in cooperation with Offer Marketing and Sales teams, for both internal stakeholders and external GTM; e) Be accountable for offer post-sell target with product owner f) Identify and control launch budget to maximize returns on current business portfolio; g) Co-work with Global channel and commercial team on define AMSP (annual marketing and sales plan) target h) Design and deliver launch files & tools accordingly (presentations, videos, brochure, training modules, demos, tools etc); i) Design and implement internal & external trainings to cover all functions with Offer Marketing team through digital & traditional way; j) Work with MarCom team to organize external launch event and other online/offline MarCom activities; k) Develop a dashboard to follow-up monthly and track business performance metrics and action items for the first year ramp up; 2. Marketing Activation for assigned Offer Lines. Work closely with Offer Marketing/Segment Marketing team, and global marketing, to Define, Structure, Prepare, Deploy and Follow for annual marketing activation. a) Understand the Offer/Segment marketing annual business priorities; b) Define key message house and map whole year marketing activation plan by target audience (Event, Seminar, Training, PR, Ad., Digital Promotion etc); c) Identify the total budget and set proper KPI for each activity; d) Implement the activity in cooperation with related teams and vendors, and control the budget; e) Track and review the result and performance. 3. Optimize launch process for assigned Offer Lines. Fully engaged in each offer launch, review launch, continuously improve and document the launch process, and train the related parties on launch methodology. 4. Team support Support team to achieve high launch efficiency and post-sell sales target Qualifications: - Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing or related fields; - At least 3 years Launch/Marketing/Product/Project or related working experience in B2B industry; - Good time management skill and be able to well manage high workload under time pressure; - Strategic thinking, good organization, communication and presentation skill; - Good English skills both written and oral and can use as work language; - Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word); - Willing to travel;
• Lead the Marcom Greater China Team and foster a culture of insightful and innovative thinking within the team, empowering them to make data-driven decisions based on identified key insights about business partners across different markets • Lead the planning and execution of Apple's channel communications and experiences (product launches, refreshes, campaign extensions), ensuring timely delivery, flawless execution, and continuous improvement through insights and learnings. • Work across the global organization to understand both macro and comms trends for Apple product and services. • Drive innovative partner strategies and impactful creative work for Apple products and services through a deep understanding of the Apple brand, our partner’s brands, commercial priorities, market trends and challenges. • Develop and maintain strong communication channels between internal teams (worldwide channel functions and sales) and Global (Geo) Partner Communications teams to ensure alignment on partner strategies and communication plans, encompassing advertising, digital channels, and partner-owned marketing channels (in-store and online).
