• Write and deliver the marketing strategy for campaigns and promotions at Retail; drive the end-to-end process to ensure work is executed flawlessly, on time • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Marcom, Digital Merchandising, PR, Legal, Operations and Finance, to ensure ongoing alignment of strategies and messaging that meet business objectives • Partner across the organization to develop innovative ways to drive traffic and reach for maximum marketing impact, leveraging paid, owned and earned media channels • Track and report on key campaign metrics, identify trends to understand what’s driving performance, spotlight opportunities and recommendations for improvement

Job Summary: We seek a strategic and results-driven Email Marketing Role for our overseas email marketing efforts. You will own the end-to-end strategy for growing our subscriber base, boosting engagement, and driving conversions through targeted campaigns. This role demands a blend of creativity, analytical rigor, and expertise in international markets to fuel Insta360’s global growth. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy & Execution: - Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies to grow the subscriber base and increase conversion rates. - Segment audiences, personalize content, and run A/B tests to optimize performance. 2. List Growth & Lead Generation: - Design lead-generation campaigns (e.g., gated content, referral programs) to expand the email database. - Optimize sign-up forms, landing pages, and onboarding workflows. 3. Conversion Optimization: - Craft compelling email content (promotional, lifecycle, transactional) with clear CTAs. - Analyze metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion rates) to refine campaigns and improve ROI. 4. Campaign Management: - Plan and execute campaigns supporting product launches, seasonal promotions, and user retention. - Collaborate with design and content teams to produce visually engaging, on-brand emails. - Manage the email calendar and ensure timely delivery across time zones. 5. Analytics & Reporting: - Track KPIs, generate performance reports, and present actionable insights to stakeholders. - Monitor industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities. 6. Cross-Functional Collaboration: - Partner with product, sales, and regional teams to align campaigns with business goals. - Share best practices with global marketing teams to enhance cross-regional efforts.
1) Hong Kong Brand Marketing Management (40%) i. Stay ahead of industry trends, competitive scenes and consumer behavior of HK local market to shape brand strategy with clear business objective and marketing objective. ii. Implement seasonal branding initiatives by leading agency partners in creative development and media planning, ensuring high quality delivery on time and within budget. iii. Monitor media and business performance, and timely optimize campaign plan. iv. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and regional stakeholders to foster synergy and ensure alignment with local and business strategy. 2) Global Creative Assets Management (40%) i. Develop global brand motif system, global creative assets (KV/Video) and assets toolkits, by collaborating with internal design team and external agency partners. ii. Adapt creative assets to branding channels (i.e. TVC, OOH, airport jet bridges, etc.), from artwork design, production, to quality check. 3) Global Brand Guardianship (20%) i. Optimize and advocate global brand guidelines on a regular basis to ensure practical usage and adaptation, maintaining an impactful and mass-premium brand image. ii. Implement evaluation/approval framework for brand architecture and co-branding partnership, to enhance brand reputation and master brand alignment. iii. Implement brand review and approval process to safeguard identity, tone of voice, and messaging consistency globally.
Overview: We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Local Marketing Lead to join our Japan team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Japan-specific brand strategies, ensuring that our identity, tone, and messaging connect deeply with local consumers. You will also oversee local campaigns, offline initiatives, and strategic partnerships that amplify our brand presence. You will work closely with the Country Manager to grow our brand presence and user base in Japan. Key Responsibilities: - Brand Strategy & Localization: Adapt and develop brand strategies that reflect local market insights while staying aligned with global brand positioning. - Consumer-Centric Communication: Build a consistent, emotionally resonant voice across all local touchpoints—including website, app, social media, events, and customer communications. - Brand Campaign Planning & Execution: Lead the development of seasonal or thematic brand campaigns tailored to Japanese consumer trends, culture, and behavior. - Market Insights & Trend Monitoring: Analyze consumer insights, cultural movements, and competitor strategies to refine local messaging and brand experience. - Offline Brand Presence: Plan and manage offline activations such as pop-ups, brand meetups, and event collaborations to deepen brand engagement. - Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with global brand, product, and creative teams to ensure a unified brand narrative across channels.
