任职要求
1. 计算机、电子工程、自动化、机器人、数学或相关专业硕士及以上学历; 2. 熟悉机器学习、深度学习算法,具备扎实的数学基础(线性代数、概率统计、优化等); 3. 动手能力强,能在AI辅助编程工具帮助下快速验证相关算法和设想。 具备以下条件优先 1. 规划方向:具备动态环境下的实时规划能力,熟悉基于学习的规划方法优先; 2. 强化学习方向:熟悉深度强化学习算法,如DQN、PPO、SAC等,具备相关项目经验; 3 SLAM方向:掌握激光雷达或视觉SLAM算法,熟悉传感器融合技术; 4 仿真方向:熟悉计算机图形学、3D Gaussian Splatting、NeRF等算法,熟悉LiDAR/Camera/Radar/GNSS的仿真原理
工作职责
1. 开发和优化基于多传感器(LiDAR/Camera/IMU/GNSS等)融合的标定、定位、建图和环境感知算法 2. 开发和优化全局规划器和局部规划器算法,提升机器人在复杂场景中的运行效率和稳定性; 3. 使用Sim2Real技术提升算法性能。
