工作职责
1.Assist in the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the interview process. 2.Support the supervisor to conduct market research of talent trends and make analysis. 3.Manage recruiting channels. 4.Help the company to build and maintain talent database. 5.Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed, such as campus recruitment campaign/employee branding campaign/etc.
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Talent Acquisition CoE projects spread across various TA pillars such as Process & Governance Design, Data Analytics, Campus Strategy, Employer Branding, Recruitment Channels, Talent Technologies, DEI strategies and hiring experience Define project scope, timeline, milestones, and KPIs; ensure timely execution and delivery against strategic objectives. Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and external vendors to drive program alignment and execution. Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and project updates with global and regional stakeholders. Drive consistency, quality, and compliance across regions by creating global frameworks, toolkits, and best practices Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience initiatives across key markets. Monitor industry trends and bring thought leadership into TA CoE strategy and innovation roadmap. Work Location: China-Shenzhen
1. 跨境招聘支持 - 支持Keeta海外业务线招聘全流程运营，协调跨时区面试安排与候选人跟进。 - 维护系统数据，确保多语言岗位信息准确性与招聘流程合规性。 - 搭建跨境招聘知识库，整理各国劳动法规、签证政策及文化适配指南。 2. 国际化候选人体验管理 - 设计多语言候选人接待流程，优化跨文化沟通话术与评估材料。 - 监控海外招聘渠道效能（如LinkedIn），输出渠道优化建议。 - 处理跨境招聘突发问题（时差协调、签证咨询等），保障招聘流程顺畅。 3. 全球化运营协同 - 对接海外HRBP与业务团队，本地化执行KEETA全球招聘标准流程。 - 协同雇主品牌团队适配国际化传播内容，维护海外人才社区运营。 - 定期输出多维度招聘效能报告（国家/地区人才供给分析、文化适配度追踪）。
1、支持部门人才招聘全流程，开展人才寻访和招聘运营项目； 2、基于对业务痛点、人才市场的充分理解，为业务团队寻找多样的优秀人才，以落地其业务目标； 3、通过持续、专注地搜索并访谈垂类行业的人才，为用人决策提供市场洞察与专业建议； 4、与业务部门保持紧密而有效的沟通，确保面试流程正常进行，并维护候选人面试体验； 5、参与其它招聘项目，以数据驱动招聘策略； 6、根据需要开展外部竞品调研，Mapping等项目。
