Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred). 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition, HR project management, or HR transformation. Demonstrated experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects on a global or regional scale Strong understanding of the TA lifecycle, systems (e.g., ATS/CRM), and metrics Familiarity with project management, change management, and stakeholder communication Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans. Ability to communicate effectively bilingually (English/Mandarin) to partner with stakeholders over in HQ and the international markets
工作职责
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of Talent Acquisition CoE projects spread across various TA pillars such as Process & Governance Design, Data Analytics, Campus Strategy, Employer Branding, Recruitment Channels, Talent Technologies, DEI strategies and hiring experience Define project scope, timeline, milestones, and KPIs; ensure timely execution and delivery against strategic objectives. Partner with TA Delivery Teams, HRBPs, HRIS, Employer Branding, and external vendors to drive program alignment and execution. Facilitate working sessions, governance reviews, and project updates with global and regional stakeholders. Drive consistency, quality, and compliance across regions by creating global frameworks, toolkits, and best practices Support employer branding, talent intelligence, and candidate experience initiatives across key markets. Monitor industry trends and bring thought leadership into TA CoE strategy and innovation roadmap. Work Location: China-Shenzhen
Act as a domain expert in both HR SaaS (Workday) and HR business process. Lead the implementation, Configuration, and on-going management of Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, Performance, Prism, and Integrations. Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Benefits, OPD, IT and other Key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Provide Technical leadership and expertise in the multiple Workday modules, ensuring the best practices are followed and that the system supports the organization’s needs. Conduct training sessions for HR teams, CoE, and Hiring managers on Workday HCM, Recruiting, Absence, Performance Module. Develop user guides and maintain documentation for configurations, integrations, and processes. Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with global/local HR policies. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the Workday modules in a timely and efficient manner. Prepare detailed estimates and test plans based on Functional requirements Analyze, design, document, and test software modifications to existing processes/configurations, reports, forms, extensions, and interfaces in the production environment Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures related to Workday, support integration with other systems and processes as they related to Workday. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and functionalities, particularly those related to Recruiting, Core HCM, Absence, Performance management and implement improvements as necessary. Facilitate review sessions with functional owners, subject matter experts and end-user representatives Provide Solutions options for the business to consider, along with pros and cons for each option and recommendation Drive the design, configuration and deployment of new projects & system enhancements Participate in the change management and go live support processes. ● Partner with business departments under diverse remit, design and deliver organization strategies based on in-depth business understandings. ● Foster the organization development in both local and regional context and be actively involved into framework, policy or infrastructure design across diverse subject matters including but not limited to talent acquisition, training and development, performance management as well as employee relations. ● Act as Subject Matter Expert and provide timely HR advice to key stakeholders, support the development of local COE functions with local insights and market best practice. ● Drive the implementation of multiple HR initiatives and processes while ensure quality services and experience at all levels. ● Through close interaction with key leadership as well as employees at all levels, establish effective and diversified communication framework in the organization, create an atmosphere of trust and goodwill, and promote company culture.
