工作职责


1. 了解外卖行业基本运作。了解商户在各个外卖平台上遇到的问题,洞察商家真正需求。Understand the basic operations of the food delivery industry. Identify the issues merchants encounter on various delivery platforms and gain insights into their genuine needs.

2. 基于商家需求,在公司内部推动各个体验项目的立项,实施,和结果的达成。项目包括产品项目和流程改造。Based on merchant needs, drive the initiation, implementation, and achievement of results for various projects within the company. The projects include product projects and process improvements projects.

3. 建立商家体验指标体系,并通过体验指标的监控和运营指导项目的推进。Establish a merchant experience indicator system, and guide the project advancement through the monitoring and operation of experience indicators.
