4. Have excellent communication and coordination skills and be able to effectively collaborate with the team to complete work tasks.
5. Those with more than 2 years of work experience in the Qatar market will be given priority.

工作职责
1. Formulate and implement marketing and brand promotion plans to increase brand awareness and market share. 2. Plan and organize brand communication activities, including but not limited to online and offline activities, cross-industry cooperation, integrated marketing activities, etc. 3. Manage the work progress and performance of relevant project members and external collaborative teams to ensure the achievement of project goals. 4. About the Role We are looking for a strategic, execution-focused integrated senior communication manager to build our content strategy in central marketing team for the Middle East (Mainly United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Kuwait). You will be responsible for crafting high-impact content strategies, driving campaign engagement, and amplifying our presence in a complex, multicultural region. This role is for a "doer" – someone who can identify cultural moments, buzzworthy campaigns, and turn our brand into a regional conversation starter, all while navigating local sensitivities. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategic Brand Engagement Develop hyper-localized content strategies for GCC markets (Mainly United Arab Emirates, Qatar & Kuwait), leveraging cultural insights and consumer behavior Identify and capitalize on high-impact moments (e.g., Ramadan, Saudi National Day, Dubai Shopping Festival) Drive engaging storytelling through owned and earned channels to promote our brand and offers, ensuring alignment with corporate messaging 2. Viral & Buzzworthy Campaigns Conceptualize and execute large-scale campaigns around the year (e.g., gamified promotions, influencer-led challenges) Build an in-house "content engine" capable of real-time, trend-driven marketing Partner with local cultural entities (e.g., sports leagues, entertainment hubs) for authentic, engagement-driving activations 3. Crisis & Reputation Coordination Work closely with the corporate Public Relation team to ensure marketing campaigns align with broader reputation goals Flag potential cultural/religious sensitivities in campaign concepts before launch Monitor public sentiment and adjust campaigns in real-time to avoid missteps 4. Team & Ecosystem Leadership Manage relationships with platforms, and influencers (without overlapping with Corp Public Relation’s remit) Optimize paid and organic content distribution for maximum engagement on a campaign basis
1. Responsible for the development and operation of regional chain brands, and responsible for the user promotion and scale improvement of the brands; Implement the company's sales strategy and achieve the performance target; 2. Responsible for promoting in-depth cooperation between regional chain brands and platforms in brand marketing, promotional activities, user operations and other fields to enhance brand image; 3. In-depth understanding of brand business operations, and help brands to develop professional delivery solutions and landing; Guide customer delivery operation iteration through business data analysis, and continuously promote the in-depth link between platform and brand; 4. Establish a good communication relationship with the distribution department, as a bridge between brand and platform distribution, and cooperate with the distribution side to continuously improve the brand distribution
1. Find catering merchants willing to cooperate with Meituan Keeta through effective appointments and efficient door-to-door visits, and reach cooperation agreements. 2. Assist partner restaurants in setting up their online stores on the platform, and provide training on how to manage their online delivery business. 3. Collaborate with partner merchants to plan online marketing campaigns and offer professional solutions for delivery operations, aiding our partner restaurants in enhancing their delivery business. 4. Conduct regular visits to maintain customer relationships with partner restaurants and collaborate with various departments to address and resolve daily queries from these partner restaurants.
1. Marketing Strategy Formulation. Strategically leverage platform subsidies and traffic to amplify merchant marketing investments, enhance traffic conversion rates, and stimulate order growth on the platform. 2. Identification and Development of Marketing Opportunities. Investigate incentive mechanisms that foster platform expansion and sustainable merchant partnerships, pinpoint operational opportunities across categories and scenarios, and execute integrated marketing campaigns both on-site and externally. 3. Data-Informed Strategy Optimization. Capable of performing deep-dive analyses integrating user behavior metrics, merchant performance data, and promotional KPIs. Continuously monitor and evaluate strategy effectiveness, implementing iterative refinements to drive improvement. 4. ROI and Efficiency Evaluation of Platform Subsidies and Traffic. Able to systematically assess the impact, incrementality, and return on investment of various marketing initiatives and strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future enhancements.
