工作职责


1. Marketing Strategy Formulation. Strategically leverage platform subsidies and traffic to amplify merchant marketing investments, enhance traffic conversion rates, and stimulate order growth on the platform.
2. Identification and Development of Marketing Opportunities. Investigate incentive mechanisms that foster platform expansion and sustainable merchant partnerships, pinpoint operational opportunities across categories and scenarios, and execute integrated marketing campaigns both on-site and externally.
3. Data-Informed Strategy Optimization. Capable of performing deep-dive analyses integrating user behavior metrics, merchant performance data, and promotional KPIs. Continuously monitor and evaluate strategy effectiveness, implementing iterative refinements to drive improvement.
4. ROI and Efficiency Evaluation of Platform Subsidies and Traffic. Able to systematically assess the impact, incrementality, and return on investment of various marketing initiatives and strategies, providing actionable insights and recommendations for future enhancements.

Organize cross-department meetings to drive the progress of activities and ensure key milestones are met on time. 3. Data Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, including metrics such as traffic, conversion, and subsidies. Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and propose improvement plans to ensure sustained platform benefits. 4. Campaign Communication: Design communication strategies and timing for campaign promotion through on-platform channels and external media. Ensure that marketing materials align with the campaign theme and generate user interest and participation.
