Responsible for the city's supply capacity scale and delivery efficiency. Improve delivery quality and control delivery costs through supply and demand analysis and capacity tracking. 1. Monitoring and Analysis: Effectively monitor the city's supply and demand situation, predict supply and demand status, understand the distribution of supply and demand in the city, identify unresolved issues and opportunities for efficiency improvement. 2. Strategy Development: Fully motivate riders, optimize capacity structure, and solve capacity problems through rider education, incentive traction activities, and horizontal collaboration. 3. Summarize Knowledge Base: Summarize effective solutions for urban capacity operations and promote them widely. 4. Tool Design: Designing processes and product tools to address problems within similar categories, enabling automation of supply–demand adjustments across different scenarios.
As a core strategy expert for merchant growth, this role takes business growth as the ultimate objective. Through in-depth data analysis, strategy breakdown, and execution, the position will drive the expansion of supply scale and supply quality advantages, strengthening Keeta’s competitiveness in the market. This role requires the ability to independently complete the full cycle from business diagnosis, strategy design, to coordinated implementation, while working closely with product operations and sales operations to ensure strategies are effectively translated into tangible business results. 1.Market Research & Analysis: Responsible for building a data monitoring system for the lead pool, supply scale and supply quality.Develop and mine internal and external data sources, and build a clear new merchant lead database along with price competitiveness benchmarking capabilities.Provide solid data-driven insights to support strategy development. 2.Strategy Development & Planning: Based on market insights and platform strategy, formulate prioritization strategies for new merchant acquisition (e.g., region, category, merchant tier, user preference, etc.).Design productized operational mechanisms for the public lead pool, such as lead scoring models and automated distribution rules.Break down strategies into actionable acquisition targets and sales initiatives. 3.Project Implementation & Execution: Lead cross-functional projects, coordinate resources, and manage risks.Collaborate with product operations teams to drive the productization of strategies (e.g., lead tagging systems, marketing tool configurations).Translate strategies into sales kits (SK), incentive schemes, and SOPs for frontline teams, and take responsibility for the final implementation and business outcomes.

1)Design spatial capacity strategies for 3PL partners across delivery zones, using demand forecasting and SLA optimization. 2)Build preemptive buffering systems for volatility scenarios, enabling rapid response to supply-demand shocks. 3)Spatiotemporal Scheduling Strategy: Develop intelligent capacity scheduling frameworks across time-space dimensions, outputting optimized scheduling targets to 3PL partners. 4)Imbalance Scenario Engine Design: Build resilience mechanisms for critical supply-demand gaps. 岗位职责: 1. 建立和优化供需预测机制和能力,设计合理的排班运营策略,并与商考核密切联动,牵引合作商做功、保障骑手出勤; 2. 结合巴西当地场景,设计供需失衡场景运力运营策略和机制,保障压力场景运力出勤; 3. 联动一线团队,设计并优化排班运营流程和SOP,提升策略运营效率。
