Responsible for the city's supply capacity scale and delivery efficiency. Improve delivery quality and control delivery costs through supply and demand analysis and capacity tracking. 1. Monitoring and Analysis: Effectively monitor the city's supply and demand situation, predict supply and demand status, understand the distribution of supply and demand in the city, identify unresolved issues and opportunities for efficiency improvement. 2. Strategy Development: Fully motivate riders, optimize capacity structure, and solve capacity problems through rider education, incentive traction activities, and horizontal collaboration. 3. Summarize Knowledge Base: Summarize effective solutions for urban capacity operations and promote them widely. 4. Tool Design: Designing processes and product tools to address problems within similar categories, enabling automation of supply–demand adjustments across different scenarios.
1.Data Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze capacity-related and customer experience data across cities, quickly identify issues, and propose optimization solutions.Develop and improve capacity monitoring reports, ensuring timely, accurate, and visualized data to support business decisions. 2.Cross-Department Collaboration: Collaborate closely with city heads, PMMs, and other business teams to drive improvements in capacity and customer experience.Communicate effectively with city teams to convey data insights and jointly address operational challenges. 3.Strategy Support and Execution: Participate in the development and optimization of city capacity management strategies, following up on execution results.Coordinate and advance experience-related operational projects, ensuring effective implementation. 4.Project Management and Process Supervision: Track the entire process of capacity and experience improvement projects to ensure their timely execution and target achievement.Continuously iterate operational plans based on data feedback to drive business improvement. 5.Data Management and Report Optimization: Maintain and update capacity and experience-related databases to ensure data integrity and traceability.Optimize existing data analysis frameworks and report structures to provide tailored reports for different management levels.

1)Design spatial capacity strategies for 3PL partners across delivery zones, using demand forecasting and SLA optimization. 2)Build preemptive buffering systems for volatility scenarios, enabling rapid response to supply-demand shocks. 3)Spatiotemporal Scheduling Strategy: Develop intelligent capacity scheduling frameworks across time-space dimensions, outputting optimized scheduling targets to 3PL partners. 4)Imbalance Scenario Engine Design: Build resilience mechanisms for critical supply-demand gaps. 岗位职责: 1. 建立和优化供需预测机制和能力,设计合理的排班运营策略,并与商考核密切联动,牵引合作商做功、保障骑手出勤; 2. 结合巴西当地场景,设计供需失衡场景运力运营策略和机制,保障压力场景运力出勤; 3. 联动一线团队,设计并优化排班运营流程和SOP,提升策略运营效率。
1. City P&L Influence: Directly accountable for key operational KPIs such as SLA, cost-per-order, and fleet utilization. 2. Team Leadership: Lead a team of Fleet Ops Leads (FOLs) to execute and monitor on-ground operations. 3. Local Strategy Ownership: Develop and drive city-level operational playbooks, incentive schemes, and engagement models. 4. On-ground Execution: Serve as the core link between central ops, 3PL/freelancer fleets, and city-level restaurant partners. 5. Operational Problem-Solving: Use data and partner feedback to identify bottlenecks and roll out scalable solutions.
