Qualifications
学历要求：
本科及以上学历，理工科、商科等相关专业优先；海内外名校毕业优先。

经验要求：
5年以上互联网平台用户运营、增长、CRM等相关经验；
有电商、O2O、本地生活服务平台背景优先；
有海外互联网产品相关经验优先；
熟悉用户分层、生命周期管理，有系统的用户运营方法论。

专业技能 ：
熟练使用数据分析工具，具备较强的数据敏感度和逻辑思维能力；
有丰富的用户分层、精准营销、A/B测试等实操经验；
具备较强的项目管理和跨团队沟通协作能力，结果导向，执行力强。


Educational Background
Bachelor’s degree or above in engineering, business, or related fields; graduates from top-tier domestic or international universities preferred.

Work Experience
5+ years of experience in user operations, growth, CRM, or related fields in internet platforms;
Experience in e-commerce, O2O, or local service platforms is a plus;
Overseas internet product experience preferred;
Familiar with user segmentation and lifecycle management, with systematic user operation methodology.
