Fluency in both Arabic and English Proficient in data analysis and reporting Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Human Resources, Management, Psychology, or related fields Over 5 years of relevant HR work experience; familiar with Saudi local labor laws and HR processes Excellent communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and cross-cultural understanding Open-minded, eager to learn, and able to quickly adapt to change and diverse cultural environments Strong sense of responsibility, with the ability to independently drive projects and solve problems 具备以下条件优先 With work experience in Q-commerce or retail companies are preferred
工作职责
Plays a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture, to be a bridge between HR and employee. This position involves implementing and managing employee engagement initiatives that enhance job satisfaction, promote a sense of belonging, and encourage employee involvement in organizational activities and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies that align with the organization's mission and values Analyze survey data, prepare reports, and present findings to HR leadership and other stakeholders Coordinate and facilitate team-building activities, workshops, and events that promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork Support the creation of communication materials and channels that inform employees about engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs Collaborate with various departments to enhance employee experience through programs that recognize and reward achievements Assist in managing the onboarding process and Day1 Orientation to ensure new hires feel welcomed and integrated into the company culture. Facilitates offboarding processes and exit interviews and reviewing feedback to drive improvements. Coordinates compliance efforts, including policy updates, and required reporting or audit data collection. Implement initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the workplace Monitor and report on key metrics and performance indicators related to employee engagement efforts Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in employee engagement and recommend improvements to existing programs

- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities, including preparing materials and coordinating schedules. - Assist with employee relations initiatives, including organizing team-building activities and employee engagement events. - Aid in the implementation of training and development programs, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee participation. - Assist with HR administration tasks, such as maintaining employee records, updating HR databases, and preparing HR-related documents. - Collaborate with team members on special projects and initiatives as needed. - Stay updated on HR best practices and industry trends.
You will provide HR Service Delivery design, advisory and support to Ant International in Hong Kong. - Render HR advisory support, lead transformation projects and provide substantial value of efficiency and effectiveness to service deliveries - Oversee the quality of service and deliver HR Operational tasks (including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, transfers, assignments, employment visa, employment certification letters, HR queries, benefits and payroll operations) efficiently with high service standard within service level agreements (SLAs) - Identify pain points in a timely manner by undertaking regular reviews and flag out to Team Leader with an alternative / solution and initiate process improvement / enhancement projects simultaneously - Ensure consistency of work and HR service is delivered on a day to day basis - Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork by supporting Team Leader & team members - Administering and analyze local benefits, leave of absence (LOA), workers’ compensation processes, reporting benefits plan information to team management and ensures that policies are renewed on time and they do not lapse - Customize engagement campaigns / knowledge sharing sessions (both onsite and virtual) that is essential and is valuable for our stakeholders - Value add by ideating solutions and propose effective alternatives to meet different Business Units (BU) requirements - Develop effective communication and relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors (outsourcing service partners) to achieve seamless and smooth operations
