1.Partner tier: Develop an evaluation mechanism for partners and establish a tiered system based on the evaluation framework. 2.Partner Development: Create strategies to support partner development, offering good partners additional benefits and development opportunities. 3.Profit Analysis: Conduct partner surveys to analyze operational costs and rider expense data, determining the profit margins of partners. 4.Key Metrics Monitoring: Track key metrics such as the number of partners, average partner scale, and partner profitability. Regularly review and analyze data to identify issues in collaboration and management, design improvement strategies, and ensure their implementation.

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives under the CTO Office, ensuring alignment with the company’s long-term goals and technological vision. • Executive Reporting and Presentation: Prepare and deliver high-impact reports, presentations, and insights for the CTO and other C-level executives, effectively communicating strategic progress, operational status, and key performance metrics. • Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate cross-departmental initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration between R&D, finance, HR, and other functions. Provide strategic direction and operational guidance to technical teams, aligning them with business objectives. • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the CTO Office in external meetings, conferences, and partner engagements. Articulate the company’s technological strategy and achievements to external stakeholders, enhancing SenseTime’s industry reputation. • Operational Excellence: Optimize internal processes, resource allocation, and cost management to maximize operational efficiency. Establish metrics to monitor and enhance team performance, driving continuous improvement. Monitor and support key business metrics such as cost, expense, gross margin, and ROI, ensure its aligning with JV’s strategic objectives, and provide operational insight and decision support to the CTO and executive team. • Special Projects Management: Lead and execute special projects assigned by the CTO Office, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.
You will be a part of collaborative environment contributing to the creation, evaluation, and implementation of end-to-end manufacturing solutions for Apple’s products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders in Quality Engineering, Global Supply Management, Product Design, and Industrial Design in order to ensure our manufacturing solutions meet our product quality, cost, yield, capacity, schedule, and environmental goals. You will be expected to: - Evaluate product and industrial design goals to understand the dimensional, cosmetic, and functional priorities for the product - Collaborate with Global Supply Managers and Apple’s manufacturing suppliers to align on a manufacturing development strategy with clear goals, deliverables, and schedules - Identify and validate suitable fabrication equipment and processes to meet all Apple design and operational requirements - Develop and document processes including all parameters, consumables and secondary operation requirements to meet defined specifications - Conduct process optimization DOE’s, using data-driven and hands-on approaches together to find solutions to complex challenges - Communicate ongoing process development status to cross-functional teams and lead discussions to align design requirements with manufacturing capability - Willingness to travel internationally to support manufacturing partner sites and collaborate with in-region team members - Familiarity with a phase gate product development approach You may be asked to lead development in one or more of the following areas: - Tooling manufacturing machine: machining process and accuracy by process, machine brand and application - Plastic material related: typical resin type, supplier, shrinkage selection, amorphous, Crystalline/semi crystalline materials characteristic and key points - Injection molding process basic knowledges: injection machine selection key tips, injection machine type and trouble shooting basic knowledge - Plastic tooling design related: single shot, double shot, LSR, insert-molding, tool design experience, DFM working experience and Mold-flow basic knowledge - Control (SPC) data analysis. Identify automation opportunities and justify automation projects based on automation line efficiency metrics - Tooling issue FACA experience: dimension and cosmetic typical issues FACA analysis capability

This role focuses on expanding partnerships with global/local partners, managing business success, and fostering local & cross-border tourism via innovative payment tools. Self-driven mindset and resilience in startups are required. General responsibilities include: 1. Business Development and Partner Management: ● Develop and execute BD Strategies to achieve business goals in Attractions, Day Tours and Experience. ● Manage the full sales cycle: Identify, pitch, negotiate, contract and onboard business partners, ensuring favorable terms and conditions, and compliance with legal/regulatory requirements. 2. Product & Marketing Strategy: ● Lead the full lifecycle of attractions/day tours product development: from requirement gathering with suppliers, improvement of search capability, optimization of listings, and product structuring (ticket types, add-ons, pricing) on voyager. ● Design and implement strategies to enhance supplies aligned with market demands and Alipay+ technology. ● Identify opportunities for product optimization and marketing improvements. 3. Cross-Functional Coordination: ● Collaborate with product, technical, and marketing teams to align sales goals with platform features and user experience. ● Work with regional teams for local travel-related products developing and sourcing management. 4.
