Position Summary We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics & Performance Expert to oversee data management, visualization, and performance tracking for a specific business area or operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging data to provide actionable insights and drive performance improvement within the procurement and operations functions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, expertise in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, impactful recommendations for business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Data Management & Governance: Manage the collection, cleaning, and validation of data from various sources (e.g., ERP systems, procurement platforms, logistics tools) to ensure accuracy and integrity. Performance Tracking & Analysis: Develop and maintain a comprehensive set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor the health and performance of the assigned business area, with a focus on procurement and operations. Reporting & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools. Create compelling visualizations that clearly communicate performance trends, insights, and improvement opportunities to stakeholders. Insight Generation: Proactively analyze data to identify patterns, root causes of performance issues, and opportunities for process optimization and cost savings. Strategic Collaboration: Partner with procurement and operations teams to understand their business needs, translate them into analytical requirements, and provide data-driven insights to inform decision-making. Driving Improvement: Work closely with business teams to implement action plans based on data analysis and track the impact of performance improvement initiatives. Stakeholder Communication: Present complex analytical findings and recommendations in a clear, concise, and engaging manner to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management. Process Enhancement: Identify and recommend opportunities for optimizing data collection, processing, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
1. Improve Rider Performance and Optimize Delivery Experience: Focus on rider cancellation and rejection rates, and develop strategies to improve on-time delivery and order fulfillment rates, ensuring an overall excellent delivery experience. 2. Incentivize Quality Service: Encourage riders to improve delivery quality through positive guidance measures, such as establishing a scoring incentive system. 3. Differentiated Assessment and Control: Develop differentiated rider evaluation plans based on various capacity types and business models to ensure service quality during fulfillment. 4. Continuous Improvement and Violation Control: Continuously improve rider performance through training, incentives, and control systems to reduce violations. 5. Data-Driven Problem Solving: Monitor and analyze delivery-related data to identify and resolve potential issues.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute user growth strategies for Al consumer apps and websites, covering the full lifecycle of user acquisition, activation, retention and referral. - Own user acquisition and growth initiatives via influencer marketing, paid media, community operations, and content distribution. - Continuously monitor trends, user feedback and user behavior analytics in target markets to gather market insights. - Develop product positioning strategies based on market research, user behavior analysis and competitor benchmark. - Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, design, and operations teams to rapidly ® iterate and launch growth initiatives. - Initiate and manage cross-channel growth strategies, including social media (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn), community operations and event marketing. - Build and manage user communities (Discord, Facebook Groups, Reddit, Telegram, etc.) to increase engagement and retention. - Plan and execute global influencer campaigns (KOL/KOC), identify top-performing creators, and track ROl and conversions. - Drive organic content growth on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts to acquire users at low cost. - Run and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.), including creative testing and budget allocation. - Coordinate SEO strategy and execution to improve product visibility on international search engines. - Analyze channel performance and user acquisition metrics, and build repeatable growth playbooks. - Establish user insights frameworks, leveraging data analytics to identify high-value user characteristics.
• Architects and builds scalable core services, including APIs and microservices for publisher onboarding, content catalog management, entitlement, and billing, ensuring secure integration with LLM clients for seamless content consumption. • Designs and implements robust testing and analytics systems, developing ingestion pipelines for premium content, enabling real-time usage tracking, billing insights, and performance monitoring, while leveraging AI tools for test automation. • Leads architecture and infrastructure design, creating systems that support subscription models, pay-per-use billing, and licensing compliance, while optimizing backend performance for high availability and low latency in AI-driven environments. • Drives engineering excellence, applying secure coding practices, automation in deployment, and compliance validation, while continuously improving code quality, maintainability, and performance through metrics and best practices. • Guides implementation and release planning, breaking down work into manageable tasks, estimating timelines, and ensuring disaster recovery, rollback strategies, and secure deployment processes are in place. • Champions reliability and supportability, integrating telemetry and monitoring for live site operations, conducting incident retrospectives, and improving observability to reduce downtime and enhance system resilience. • Leads with mentorship and user-centric design, guiding technical decisions, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with stakeholders to incorporate customer insights, security, and privacy into solution design and delivery.
