工作职责
1.负责对公司数据进行收集、整理、分析和挖掘,为产品运营和商家及供给运营提供数据支持。 2.参与制定数据分析策略,优化数据处理流程,提高数据分析效率和准确性。 3.根据业务需求,撰写数据分析报告和数据可视化展示,为决策提供数据支持。
1.Data Analysis: Monitor key business metrics, identify operational issues through variance analysis, and drive problem-solving and optimization initiatives. 2.Data Infrastructure Development: Participate in designing indicator systems, developing data dashboards, and managing data-related requests. 3.Team Support: Assist the team with ad-hoc tasks and other assigned projects. 1.数据分析:监控业务关键指标,通过异动分析,发现业务问题,并推动解决优化; 2.数据建设:参与指标体系设计、数据看板开发、数据需求管理等工作; 3.团队支持:协助团队完成临时交办的其他工作。
1.市场调研:协助团队进行专家访谈、用户调研和商户调研,深入了解行业、商户、用户需求和反馈,并撰写分析报告,为团队决策提供支持; 2.数据分析:可基于内外部数据搭建分析模型,测算目标、预算、评估ROI等; 3.项目推进:协助商分团队推进重要策略专项的落地与跨团队沟通,保证项目关键里程碑目标的达成。 1. Market Research: Assist the team in conducting expert interviews, user surveys, and merchant interviews to gain in-depth understanding of industry, merchant, user needs and feedback and competitive intelligence. Deliver analytical reports to support decision-making. 2. Data Analysis: Able to build analytical models based on internal and external data to estimate targets, budgets, and evaluate ROIs, etc. 3. Project Advancement: Assist the team in promoting the implementation of important strategic initiatives and cross-team communication to ensure the achievement of key project milestones.
• Understand the business and conduct business analysis by combining internal and external data to provide analysis support for company strategy, tactical decisions, and operational decisions. • Design a business analysis evaluation system from the perspective of business model health, including KPIs and core process monitoring indicators, and complete all tracking and analysis. Provide objective and professional evaluations of business results and give suggestions and opinions for business development, and assist with implementation. • Obtain market/industry/competitor information through various channels, establish and continually improve the analysis systems for market, industry trends, and competitor tracking. Analyze all aspects, from macro trends to micro individual strategies, core competencies, product features and experiences, users, marketing, etc. Identify opportunities and provide professional business suggestions, and assist with implementation.
